Never received my order,I have nothing else to say.
The post office lost my order. It was very easy to contact over email and have a replacement sent.
The items were available and great selection, however once order is placed rarely do I get a tracking number for the shipment and when I do get it the items have usually arrived. So informing customers on shipping needs improvement
My only complaint is we paid for shipping by a certain date and it came a week later. They notified me the day that it was suppose to be delivered that it would be late.
I did received my package but it was damage on my logo that paid extra

Bought these shorts for a youth basketball team. Arrived quickly and were a great value. Only suggestion is beware the sizing chart instead stay to normal fit for the sizing.

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
Answer: Why are shipping costs so high? Unless your costs are extremely low I will take my business elsewhere. Amazon ships for FREE with an Amazon Prime Membership which is EXTREMELY easy to acquire. Please respond to Joanie Jones 602-350-3983. Thanks!
