Absolutely Rediculous! Now that this issue has finally been handled I will be posting the absurdity of this experience in detail. The fact that I ordered 3 shirts I thought looked cool. Not only were they unable to deliver to my home, they only returned $5.96 of the $33 order. They charged me 2x@ $11 shipping and misc charges for restocking fee. I would not recommend Epic Sports. Their customer service was not helpful, in the end not only did I not recieve my order they kept somewhere around $26 dollars in which I recieved nothing but a headache and pointless frustration. Maybe they have a good product, I wouldn't know, due to the fact I never recieved it. Order at your own risk, and God help you if you have any issue receiving your product because you'll end up not only with nothing but they will take your money too. Ive never liked a company less than I this one.
I would give negative stars if I could. I spent $150 on shipping, and they put my order on hold three different times failing to meet the delivery date then randomly ran out of all inventory five days after ordering. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE. Finally, I received the cheer skirts I had ordered which were plain white... they had used BLUE stitching to stitch an all-white cheer skirt? Save the headache DO NOT USE THIS SITE.
First time ordering from Epic Sports. I am very pleased with the timeliness of the delivery (It came earlier than noted) and the jacket was a perfect fit. I have already placed additional orders!
I like Epic Sports alot and have spent a decent amount there but they never send me free shipping or 10/20% off coupons so I have been spending alot more at Walmart.com and Amazon if I can find the same products because over $50 I get free shipping to my house or to the store. Their shipping rates are a RIP OFF. I just bought 2 dozen Champro balls from Walmart for the same price as epic and got free shipping.
Great buying experience. My son loves his 7 padded football girdle. I tried to buy another, but they were sold out. But I'll for sure get another pair when they are back in stock.
These Guys Saved Me From Tossing Out My Old Baseball Cleats. Ordered A Few Sets Of Their Replacement Baseball Cleats, Arrived Faster Than Expected, And Were Even Better Than I Had Anticipated! Great Job.

Placed an order on 08/20/2017 and my account was charged $158.00. I was sent an email saying my delivery date was 08/28. On the 29th I call customer service and was told they were waiting for part of my order to be sent from a different company. I requested a supervisor to contact me. Customer service representative said she would track down the problem and call me on the 30th. I received no call. I got an email on the 31st saying they were going to look into it. Again I requested a supervisor to contact me. Nothing. Today on 09/03 I received an email wanting me to confirm that I had gotten my order that still hasn't come. I'll never buy from them again.
I ordered several items from epic sports and paid higher shipping so as to get the items in time before the game, but I just found out from EPIC SPORTS a day after I was expecting them to come in that they had just put them in the mail a full day after I was expected to get them in. They said for whatever reason that they were late getting to the order but was in no way willing to refund the extra shipping that I paid to get them in time. No emails from them, no tracking info for the order, guess they forgot to enter that info in as well. Would not recommend them, buy local
This is my third order with Epic Sports in 4 months for the same jersey as we have added more to our team. They are always in stock and very quick! I will order from them again and again.
