Well it has been terrible. No customer service. None. Zero. I have called, left messages, emailed about 4 times and never received a response. Delayed orders, pants delivered with no buttons. Baseball pants with the wrong color stripe...
Easy to order and merchandise is as ordered, however, when received the items were found to be too small. Upon contacting Epic Sports, I was told I could not return them for a replacement of a different size. I an now stuck with two items that I cannot use. When a company treats their customers in this manner they think twice about ordering any thing else for fear of being stuck with more unusable articles.
Best price on large quantity of soccer ball pumps for a charitable project - however shipping had mess up (probably my fault - billing and shipping addresses have same street but different zip code). It turns out that when they had confusion about the address, UPS printed its own label and put it on top of Epic's shipping label- a first for me! Epic told me the recipient would re-ship it and they didn't. I picked it up in different town. I continued to receive early am calls (7 am) and emails despite my response that I had gotten the order. I called customer service and suggested that they should not have automated calls at 7 am, especially since their own offices are closed then and the customer can't "press 0" to reach anyone. Hopefully it's cleared up now.

Great products- just wish you offered discounted shipping for larger orders and hoping you provide coupon codes to established customers. Also- if I remember correctly PayPal is not available. That is usually how I make my online purchases.

Long sleeve, men's dry-fit shirts were way bigger than indicated. (Sleeves are so big, that they droop off his average sized arms.) Unusable by my husband, even though we ordered a size smaller than he usually wears.
Shoes were just right and great. Customer service was polite and okay in explaining shipping delay.
Overall great experience... great price, fast shipping. I did need to return an item and postage was not pre-paid... so I don't know if it will actually be cost effective. This might push me to amazon next time...

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
