The people that answer the phones their are constantly...

The people that answer the phones their are constantly RUDE! The number one reason to not live in El Paso is this awful company, such awful attitudes! There are so many complaints on them, we need a choice like other cities... put these bullies in their place and get them to stop treating us so badly! Bringing in other companies would shake them up where maybe they would appreciate their customers and treat them with an ounce of respect - after all, we're the customers, not them!
