Very good training experience. They give you all the information and notes needed to answer the questions. Really enjoyed the scenario videos.

Training which I gone through is fabulous and very understandable. Question /Answering is really deigned very well, user friendly, easy understandable and very convenient for everyone even whoever doesn't have much interaction with computers or smart technology.

Did online course and was impressed with the substance of the course materials, methodology of training and assessment, and ease of use of website, particularly the student dashboard. The flexibility of doing the course was super helpful. Very helpful and personable support staff available, and the communication was nothing short of brilliant (emails advising of your progress and status of assessments; assessor comments on submissions, etc). Have already signed up for another course due to the silky-smooth experience with EOT.

the good experience was the system was designed in such a way we are not able to proceed until the current assessment marked and we get through all the questions right before proceeding to the next ones. this give us full and full knowledge to read and understand every slides completely

It was a learning experience that was engaging, and uses real life scenarios from experienced and qualified training systems.

Easy and convenient to use on line. Could not use Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge to do the video assignments - after several failed attempts I contacted the help line and was advised to use Google Chrome. This worked really well - it would have saved a lot of time and frustration had there been a note giving this advice in the initial instructions.

I have had very little experience in this field so I enjoyed the training and found it enlightening.

The training was very good as it gave a overall idea the acts that are followed in other states in Australia. Careful reading of the course content will help anyone get through it. I would recommend this course to everyone who really want to avail RSA in responsible way not for the sake of job. Thanks

Easy to use. Fast response with marking which was great to move on to each new section. Easy to understand. I was able to train into the night which was extremely helpful. Really great overall.

Occasionally the screens would continue to load - had to go back/cancel and recommence and wait to load again successfully

The information I needed to complete the questions was supplied in a logical and organised way that was easy to access and learn from.

Honestly, I'm the kind of person that never leave 5 Stars feedback asI believe there is always room for improvement. However, not in this case, from the first click to when my card arrive I was informed/update on the way. The website and the way the elearning course has been designed is the best interactive solution I've seen so far and hey I work in Information Technology. I really like the voice recording and the video tasks. Well done guys.
