Express Online Training

My wife who comes from Thailand, English is her second language. She wanted to do online education and enter the workforce. I was away, unfortunately she found eot as a google search. Immediately she was excited and paid the full course fee upfront, after completing the white card course, she was then emailed a series of requests for uploading more information. Upon my return, i said i would help her. It was then that i found she was not eligible due to a ruling of being inside a 100km radius of a face to face facility. I contacted eot and asked for a reimbursement in full, as my wife made a mistake and didn't understand some of the rulings. I was spoken over and told that we will be penalised 50% of the fee. We don't have much money and my wife thought she was doing the right thing by paying upfront, but the female customer service rep was ill mannered and quite blunt and didn't want to exercise common sense and understand our situation. My wife is disappointed and saddened with what has happened, and it has only served to extend the amount of time she cannot get a job, as the job opportunity that was waiting on a white card has no gone. Unprofessional by eot, and i will do my best to inform all.
DON NOT USE eot and do not recommend to anyone.

YOU WILL PAY MORE AND MORE MONEY TO BOOK A QUICK AUDIO ASSESSMENT.
AND PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH A INDIAN ASSESSOR, WHAT ACCENT... DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT SHE TALKED ABOUT. WASTE TIME AND MONEY. SEEM LIKE A SCAM.

Absolutely horse $#*! they make you pay when your finished and then throw some more crap at you EOT is $#*! don't ever do anything with them bunch of losers with a $#*! website

I went through the entire written part and passed, I paid for the certificate including the physical "certificate" to be sent but when I got to the part where you have to respond to a video situation with a video and the correct response, I tried once and was told to elaborate more on my response so I did it again with a far more elaborate response and I never got any feedback on that or ability to continue, when I tried clicking on the emails it just wouldn't let me continue the course and there's no good way of contacting anyone for support or help.

I had to pay 17 dollars and the website charged me 50, I contacted the support and they said they can't do anything about it. There were more modules left to what I was told I had left.

Card never posted.
Money paid, no certification received from them.

Do not use this - they are a scam. They say pay as when you pass - you need a web cam and tools that not everyone has and when i called for a refund or credit - susanna HUNG UP ON ME.
This is a total disgrace to the consumer market.

They say no hidden costs its $39 for white card + you have to pay for the card and certificate.

Plus you need all these tools to complete it; i have sent a formal complaint to ACCC

I had to keep stoping and starting. Paid 3 times and never received the certificate as it takes you back to the beginning if you don't complete it quick enough. Would not recommend.

The fact you have a mandatory hour long phone appointment is one thing BUT when I have to wait ONE WHOLE MONTH for the next available booking that's something else. ANYONE NEEDING THEIR RSA FOR UP COMING WORK, DO NOT USE EOT. Not only this but an entire section would not work an my Macbook computer, I had to ring them up in order to complete this section!
Further many of the questions are vague and do not allow for one clear response.
To top it all off you're made un-aware that there is much more content in the course AFTER they make you pay and give a review.
THE FREE MULTIPLE CHOICE IS about 1/7 of the actual course. If I hadn't already paid for this I would've used a different site. Please learn from my mistake and use a DIFFERENT SITE, especially if you need your RSA ASAP!

I attempted to complete my RSA through this company, but it is a massive regret and I have lost $64.
Do not go near this place.
EOT is a scam. There are MONTH long wait times and they expect you to pay upwards of $100 to speed up the process. The multiple choice section is long and pedantic, questions were repetitive and irrelevant and it was incredibly boring and text heavy. I move on from this section, pay, and then need to complete MORE assessments including and intelligence test (?!), stimulated workplace test, audio assessment and live phone call audio assessment. Well, it was at that point I realised this thing is NOT LEGITIMATE and just paid for a different RSA course.
In this second course, my final assessment was marked in 1 hour and I got my RSA quickly. There are better options out there, look on the VGCCC website for approved RTOs to deliver RSA training online.
Avoid this place AT ALL COSTS

The whitecard is hidden behind a paywall, you have to pay before completing the assessments. Only the priority service is the optional payment. The website is deliberately misleading in regards assessment times and will charge a fee for 24hr turnaround that is covered by other similar services for free.

The standard service says 3-4 days for assessment markings but it will take 7-8 days before being marked. So if you are in need of a white card quickly for employment, this is not the place to come.

The support service is handled by copy pasted/auto reply messages that redirect you to forms to fill out with no promise of contacting actual people.

The test itself is easy because they give you the answers and it's a matter of copy and paste.

Their website is wall to wall of misleading and false advertising about what services they provide within certain time limits and where they paywalls are hidden.

Find another site as I ended up saving $60 clicking the next available service from a google search.

This company only show the good Reviews for a start. Then on their website they tell you it's $80 only when you complete your course. This is not true! They charge part way through.
Then they ask for a individual video as evidence and also complete a phone call role play. But there are no slots available for this for weeks. So if you want to get your RSA done faster they get you to pay $105 for priority for an hour call.
In reality you get 6 minutes, asked 3-4 questions and told you need to speak faster, and get asked questions that not are part of the standard.
If you don't complete you are told to rebook. Every assessor asked different questions, and accepted different answers, and didn't accept answers that were published on their guide.
Once questioned they said that every day after 3pm new slots became available that you didn't have to pay for, however NONE of the accessors tell you that and it's not published anywhere. They only make a few free slots available after 3.
This company is an Accredited Training Organisation that is funded by government however they still charge massive amounts of money which makes them a rip off, and they are extremely hard to contact.
If you are looking to complete your RSA in Victoria, please don't use this company, there are better ones online and people that you CAN contact to discuss your course

I have been spending the last week trying to get a white card just for them to make everything difficult the original price of $56 is tolerable but just for me to waste 2 hours of my life doing 136 questions just for them to receive 6 different form of identification and then ask for $105 extra on priorty becuase you didnt do it a week earlier and my employer only told me i needed the card within this week. When i talked to them on the phone they were very rude and seemed like they only care about the money and not about educated people about whs. The refund policy only works if you pay right away. THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCAM DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE FOR EDUCATION OR WHITE CARD

Recently my husband logged onto our account and started to complete his RSA - NSW placed his name and USI number in before he started, was having an issue completing the final assessment and made a phone call, from here it went pear shaped, apparently because I had previously completed a course under this email the certificate for all the work he had done was going to be issued in my name (mind you this is classed as fraud and the USI number used is not registered against my name.

We asked to speak to a manager and this is not permitted - YOU MUST EMAIL. We have requested a refund and they have told us that we must create another email! Which we do not wish to do for the sake of it.

Nicole the manager will not take my calls, or no longer reply to my emails.

The matter is going to the ombudsman. This organisation should be de-registered as an approved RTO.

The 136 question test is not easy, but do-able.
Once you complete it, you are congratulated. You then pay (which is NON-REFUNDABLE)
Then they ask you to rate them & type a review etc
AFTER you did the review, just being happy you passed the test.
Then you have to produce your drivers licence & eventually your Australian passport...

Then an VIDEO ASSESSMENT from a 50page Learner Handbook
Then an Audio Assessment
Following that a LIVE audio assessment
Then producing your passport
And USI,unique student identifier number
