The horror started when I sent my old handset and was promised £41.24 for the handset, first of all the claimed they had not received it in their warehouse which the had cos then when I rang them later the said they had. They then claimed the watermarker had noticed there was possibility of some water damage what did they mean then they devaled the phone by £10. I relucantly agreed to their new price then received an email saying I would get the payment today. When I checked my account it had not gone in they are running a scam and fraudelent company stay away
