Bailey helped me keep my reservation and made sure that I had a car when I got back from getting my drivers license. A Great Person!

Jaz who works at your West Palm Beach car rental center went above and beyond to return my $700 sunglasses left behind in our rental. She called the customer who had rented the vehicle after me, she talked to him to confirm the sunglasses were in fact in the vehicle and had him return them to the manager on duty upon returning the vehicle. She called me, advised me that I could pick them up at that time. She went above and beyond for us. Promote her! She cares! In this world it was refreshening to know there are still "gems in the workforce".

So I've been using Enterprise rental car for over 10 years with has companies and personal so for my Christmas vacation I received a big vehicle cost was $495 for 6 days. I sent my wife to go get the vehicle to pick it up the vehicle at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday December 21st 2023.

They decided to give her an upgrade and then at the end they proceeded to tell her that the car was going to cost $150 a day she call me, to tell me the cost. I told her no I'm not paying $150 a day for a Kia I passed my wife then I'll drive my own vehicle and forget Enterprise. There's no way I'm going to pay that amount for a Kia so even most of me as a customer I've been with you guys for 10 years thicker than never again. ENTERPRISE IN VALLEJO CA you suck!

Absolutely the best attitude and accomodating service. Horrible car trouble on my only car. Fast response dependable availability of vehicles. Couldn't have got my broken vehicle fixed. I arrived at the Frankfurt Airport, and the Customer Service Representative, Aleyna was very professional. Her knowledge and expertise was quite profound the way she was able to navigate the system to ensure that I received exactly what I needed. Although it was somewhat busy, she still took time and made me feel like my business was just as important. I am completely satisfied with my experience and will definitely become a returning customer because of my customer service experience. Outstanding!

Jerome Forehand in the office at the Colonial Heights, Va. Location went beyond and over to satisfy his customers. He displayed professionalism across the board. He was very understanding, helpful and had a listening ear. His expertise and knowledge helped me to decide in what I was undecided about. And for that, thank you Jerome!

Andres Villanueva is awesome.
He waited on me when I picked up the rental and when I returned it two weeks later at Midway in Chicago. Both times he was on it with a smile and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Andres was waiting on two people at once, when I picked up the car on June 4th as there were only 3 people working that late in the day (my plane was delayed)
This guy deserves a pat on the back or better yet... a raise!

Avis, whom I had reserved a car with had no cars with an expected wait of over an hour. Went over to Enterprise and had a car in minutes. I've had problems with Avis in the New York area and Enterprise has always come thru.

Tech was great! Walked us around the car—everything was quick and easy. Loved the car. Ended up having to take it longer, but the dealt with the insurance company very well. Great experience. Will do again! Thanks to Junior Martins who helped us.

Rented a vehicle recently & the young lady halle lunt at Strongsville ohio location did a outstanding job making everyone feel calm while she was very busy great job young lady.

I wanted to give kudos to the enterprise rental team and branch manager (Blake) on Vine street in Harrisonburg, VA. This team really came through for my sister and I. We were headed to a wedding in IN and they made sure we had the appropriate vehicle as we were taking all the hand made flowers and additional baking equipment for making the cake and cupcakes. Thank you Blake and team. We appreciate your hard work and will continue to rent from Enterprise.

Our truck broke down in Kentucky (Thurs., 6/16) and had to rent vehicle while ours was being fixed. National Enterprise told us a compact car was available but would not pick us up. Then they called back and said we would be put on a waiting list. We called the local office in London, KY and Ben couldn't be more helpful. He said he only had a pick-up available and would bring it right over to our hotel. The truck was very clean. We were a day late in returning the rental because our truck was not finished. Enterprise didn't even charge us the extra day! Fantastic people, great service! Would definitely use them again.

I rented from the Bronx Morris Park Enterprise in NYC on April 3,2023 and I have to say Deshawn was GREAT! He provided excellent customer service. I always go to this location and DeShawn and Marcus are fantastic!

My wife was worried that we would miss our flight because we were scheduled to pick up the car and drop it off in a city we never heard of and get to the airport to return home. We knew no matter how early we left to drop off the car, get to our flight we knew we would miss. It was a disaster waiting to happen. Max to the rescue! He told us he would wait for us to drop our vehicle off at the airport in Savannah which made more sense. Thankful!

I want to leave a review for the young lady named Serenity M. From the OAK Airport location. She was very helpful and displayed excellent customer service skills, she was accommodating and very patient. Thank you again.

I've been especially impressed with Frank@ this Enterprise location. He has been conscientious, helpful, professional & has shown integrity in the 2 occasions in which I've dealt with him. Accolades should be offered to his manager, Reggie Jefferson, too for having Frank as an employee. When I have rental needs in the future, I will seek their assistance.

This young man was absolutely wonderful. We were in and out in no time at all. Thank you for employing such wonderful folks with superb customer service. We were dropping off at the airport in Providence Rhode Island and you couldn't have done any better than him. Again thank you for having great customer service.
