I love this product. It just took too long for it to reach me. However, it did arrive in perfect condition, unlike my experience with Amazon when ordering salad dressing. (A glass bottle from Amazon arrived broken.)

Fantastic teas. But, as I mentioned once before, you need to work on your shipping. The shipping box came a little compacted. In fact, it looked more like an accordion. This is not the first time and not the first time I have mentioned it in a review. Fortunately, the PG tips survived intact as did most of the cookies. Is it just me or is anyone else having similar problems?

Arrived in a timely manner. The products (PG Tips loose and bags; Brewley Irish Breakfast tea bags) are our favorites. Just a little concerned about the close sell-by date on the loose tea. It's fine and within reasonable limits; but a little close for the occasional tea drinker. We tend to use bags more often; but enjoy a nice strong loose tea on occasion. The English Tea store has always stood by their products and given satisfaction. I gladly recommend them!

When I was concerned about a particular product, they immediately replaced it. I plan on continuing to use their service.

Well packaged, nice product. It did seem to take a little too long to process and arrive, but we are very happy with the product.

I was looking for a small rose-pink teapot to go with my new dishes which wasn't too expensive. I noticed a few imperfections in the glazing upon arrival, but nothing worth returning it for. It holds two cups of tea, and I've used it almost every morning. Other than some dribbling at first pour, which takes some getting used to and remembering to put a paper towel under my cup, I haven't any complaints about it. For the price, it's super sweet and worth the trouble.

I was worried about the legitimacy of this particular online vendor. They were awesome. Quick shipping, easy to order.

Thank you for the wonderful gluten free fruitcake options. Loved finding equally excellent GF baked goods at Sainsbury's when I visited pre-COVID, so it's clear the Brits are masters of creating tasty GF cakes and biscuits. Cheers!

The product is fine. I especially like the sample-sized packets so I'm not stuck with a large bag of tea I don't care for. There are so many choices: bagged/loose, black/green/herbal, caffeine/non-caffeine, little samples and larger bags. The only 'con' I have, so far, is that shipping is expensive and takes forever. You could be waiting two weeks for your delivery.

Asked a question, 48 hours later I got an answer.

I love the teas; they are delicious. My only complaint is that one of the sample sets was not available...but I didnt realize it until I went to check out. I contacted Customer Service to see if they had an idea of when it would be available or if I could sign up to be notified. Neither. I was told to just keep checking back...I found that a bit annoying. Every morning I would check and finally the order went through.

... but it was a stroke of luck that I did get it because it was addressed without the box number that the USPS needs because they don't deliver to our house. I happened to be in the post office on the morning it was delivered and was able to stop them from returning it. The order form doesn't say which carrier is used and if it did, I would know which address (PO Box for USPS or the house address for UPS, FedEx, etc.)

Haven't tried either one yet, but I know they will be very tasty and healthy. The 4-star rating is because there are no instructions for the ginger-turmeric loose tea. Specifically how much per cup and how long to steep. I see various steep times on the Internet and they are usually for starting from scratch with fresh ginger and turmeric.

My sister was very happy to receive Gluten Free cookies. She was able to enjoy cookies like everyone else.

I like it that you carry items I can't get elsewhere, but the cookies arrived a bit worse for wear. Either they sat in a hot warehouse during some of our beastly summer weather, or they just sat for a long time. I'm hoping my next order will arrive with fresher products.

Expired inventory should be removed from shelves or sold at a reduced price with the express knowledge that it's expired.

I have been trying to buy Cadbury"s milk chocolate biscuits for about year, but they are never available. Suggest you take them off the shopping list?

As an anglophile who doesn't drink coffee, but wants to avoid caffeine, this is a great place with lots of choices.

I am planning a second order soon. I want more green tea and will add another choice to my collection, too.

I had issues with placing my order but when I spoke to the 800# they were very nice and helpful.

Overall ETS is a good place to buy tea.
However I'm not impressed by Pinhead Gunpowder. I have drunk 100 different green teas over the last 50 years this rates close to the bottom. Hopefully, The Superior Gun Powder will be much better. Have not tried it yet, I need to finish the Pinhead first.

My source of clotted cream but only during cool months as even in insulated bag barely makes it in time.

I easily found the tea I wanted. Some tea is out of stock, so I continue to wait for it's availability. I am disappointed with the delivery, though. I've ordered twice, and both times the packages were damaged. I understand much can happen from warehouse to mailbox, but it is sad to see my tea boxes smashed. The tea is still good, thankfully

Wonderful tea time foods. I read many historical British novels and often wondered about some of the puddings mentioned. Mine just arrived so I have not had the chance to try them yet. However the customer service was wonderful and the website is lovely.

Love your products. Out of stock with a very common item that we use very often. Have called several times and was not able to reach a rep.
