This store us my new bff for UK goodies. The cookies came in tact. The chocolate although I haven't opened and tried it, was NOT melted. They placed a freezer pack which melted but it did its job! I have to admit I was expecting melted shortbread chocolate cookies. However, that was not the case! Ordering was easy. Waiting for delivery and/or ship time was just a few days.
This was my first time ordering from English Tea Store's site and I am totally satisfied! All the goodies were delivered fast and packaged well. Nothing damaged, crushed or crumbled! Cannot wait to place additional orders! I paid extra for the cooling bag and things were packed perfectly in it. Thanks so much!
I loved every tea I purchased from this shop and plan to buy again! The flavors and quality are amazing, absolutely top-notch. Shipping was pretty fast as well.
The only downside is the outdated e-commerce experience; I had to triple-check before opening my receipt because it looked like a spam email with a PDF attachment from "online store". Now that I know, I will purchase again - but I would suggest that English Tea Stores look into updating their e-commerce platform.
Great selection and variety of loose-leaf teas
Fantastic teas. But, as I mentioned once before, you need to work on your shipping. The shipping box came a little compacted. In fact, it looked more like an accordion. This is not the first time and not the first time I have mentioned it in a review. Fortunately, the PG tips survived intact as did most of the cookies. Is it just me or is anyone else having similar problems?

I love your products. They give me the chance to try British foods while here in the US. You have a wide assortment of teas. These include some of my favorite teas. I can also find tea accessories. It's quick and easy to find things on the website. Ordering is easy.I love that there's free shipping when you buy more than a certain amount. Orders come quickly. One time I got the wrong item. It was easy to get that straightened out and your employees were wonderful. I am a very happy customer.

Arrived in a timely manner. The products (PG Tips loose and bags; Brewley Irish Breakfast tea bags) are our favorites. Just a little concerned about the close sell-by date on the loose tea. It's fine and within reasonable limits; but a little close for the occasional tea drinker. We tend to use bags more often; but enjoy a nice strong loose tea on occasion. The English Tea store has always stood by their products and given satisfaction. I gladly recommend them!

I had dealt previously with the English Tea Store. We moved and could not consistently find our favorite teas in our new location. The English Tea Store has given good service in the past and present.
I love this product. It just took too long for it to reach me. However, it did arrive in perfect condition, unlike my experience with Amazon when ordering salad dressing. (A glass bottle from Amazon arrived broken.)

This Cream Earl Grey is amazing. After having similar tea at a castle in Co Springs I decided I had to get some for more frequent enjoyment. The castle gift shop was sold out so I hunted online and found the English Tea Store. I tried a sample and was thrilled that I had found a tea seemingly identical to the Cream Earl Grey I enjoyed at the castle. It is delicious and soothing and the fragrance is wonderful! After trying a sample from the English Tea Store and another online tea store, I found that the tea from ETS tasted superior to the other and was almost identical to what I had been searching for.
I have been hunting for Cream Earl Grey tea that is similar to one I fell in love with. This is the closest I have gotten to replacing it. Thank you! Delicious!

Was easy to find what I was looking for on their website and was also easy to order what I wanted. Items arrived within a reasonable time and nothing was broken. Items selected were exactly as shown on the website. Packaging was sturdy and firmly held all the china pieces in place. Will definitely do business with this company again. One of three marmalade jars I ordered was broken. English Tea Store's online customer service form would not accept the order number on the invoice. Their phone contact was impossible to reach. One hour waits on hold. My experience with this company was very bad.

I live in the United States and I am obsessed with Cadbury chocolate. I heard that the Cadbury Chocolate from the UK is so much better. I ordered Mini Eggs, Dairy Milk bar and caramel bar, then bought the US versions, and during a work meeting we compared. UK knocked it out of park! English Tea Store was easy to order from, great prices and the delivery was so fast I was extremely surprised.
I googled UK stores that sold the Cadbury Choc and this store had great reviews and shipped to the US
I live in a small community that does not have a proper tea room. I often want to enjoy scones and pastries with tea in my home. I was delighted to find English Double Cream at the English Tea store. The price and shipping were very reasonable and I was please when the product arrived. I have previously ordered from a large retailer and the item was much more expensive and the shipping was less than satisfactory. I will be a return shopper in the future.
I honestly can't remember. It was most likely an item in one of the HG magazines that I subscribe to.
Overall very happy with our order. Tea is definitely much more enjoyable than store bought tea bags. English candy bars are a high quality wonderful break from everything Hershey. Also found my absolute favorite cereal Alpen. Could only get one box though? Please stock more for reordering, thanks.
Unique products and hard to find lose tea.
A friend shared these cookies with us a few years ago and my granddaughter now 14 remembers and keeps asking if we will ever get more... her birthday is next month and I found them for her! Thank you!

But loads of things with little or no Kenya tea show up. High shipping prices for a single tea drinker; can't usually order enough to qualify for shipping deals.

Thanks for the free shipping with $25 order - though that should be the standard. It is hard to find teas; they are poorly grouped; search yields lots of irrelevant items. Ex: Trying to find tea from Kenya? They have some, but good luck finding it, unless you know the name of the tea beforehand.

15% discount coupon only gave an 8% discount, not 15%. Finding items on the website is extremely difficult. For just one example: you sell a great ETS brand loose leaf Kenya tea. If you do not know that it is named "Kaamba Estate", I dare you to find it without cursing. Organization of products, filtering and search are really bad.
Organization and search results of teas in the website could be better. Search filters not as helpful as they could be. But... Good teas though! Worth the effort.
Signed up for the Tea of the Month. It's easy to switch between loose leaf and bagged teas. I also love that you receive a "gift" with every box. :)
Because I like tea, and they have a great variety.
I was born and raised on the East Coast and loved the tradition of mince pie on Thanksgiving and Christmas. I've lived in Minnesota for many years and it is difficult or impossible to buy mince pies. I ordered mini mince pies and am very happy with them. Ordering was easy and the mini mince pies are wonderful. They are so delicious that I plan to buy them all year. They make the holidays so much more joyful and I plan to make the rest of the year joyful too.
I searched the internet and found mini mince pies and figured I’d give them a try and I’m very happy that I did.
I know Taylor's of Harrogate teas, my favourite ones. I just wanted to organise all different ones I've been buying for years in a tea chest. Wasn't impressed with the quantity of wood, looks like mine got black marker right on the top of the cover. See attached picture. Whoever made this tea chest could just switched top of the chest to the bottom, cause rest of the box is good. Now I'm trying to cover this black mark, thinking about engraving…

Until you started pestering me about rating my experience with you, I hadn't a real opinion one way or the other. Now you make me want to reduce the score from average... I don't expect a lot from a web site. It shouldn't be an herculean effort to present a shopping site that requires such monitoring. If you're truly concerned, pay your programmers more and engage in more fruitful life experiences. Sheesh!

My order was placed and received in a very timely manner and I love the Buckingham Palace Garden Party Tea! I liked the different options of what kind (loose leaf or tea bags) and the price was right! I prefer loose leaf but because I am the only tea drinker in our home, I can't drink it fast enough, I ordered the tea bags and the taste is just as good as loose leaf.
