I have consumed & loved this tea for years, so what pleasantly surprised me about this particular order was the care taken in shipping it to me. My address doesn't appear on GoogleMaps, resulting in a constant comedy (and sometimes tragedy) of shipping mishaps. This company spotted the inconsistency BEFORE my tea was shipped, contacted me for further details, and adjusted their directions without a single wasted hour. My tea arrived in perfect condition to my actual doorstep before I had even run out of back-up teabags. WELL DONE - I wish this company trained all shipping departments!
