After completing all the documents they asked me to send them, they told me that they couldn't work with me because of time constrains. I was like, what do you mean by time constraints? They said that they won't have much time to work with me because they already have a lot on their plate as of the moment. They shouldn't have accepted in the first place.
These guys are the best of the best! They've been so helpful especially now in the current climate and I cannot thank them enough!
This company has a careless atmosphere. Management doesn't give any support for the employees, and employees are treated like indispensable garbage. You'll always feel like you're on your own and that it doesn't matter to the management what happens to you since they can just easily replace you.
I hope my experience can help someone get value for their effort and input. I would not recommend their customer support services and would not advice anyone to work with their service. Look for an alternative company.
