We've been covered by Endurance warranties on 2 prior vehicles and just signed up for our third. The customer service and value of the plan are superior and the coverage is the best I've found out there. I highly recommend Endurance warranty coverage.
Good explanation of policy EXCEPT agent Failed to mention 1000 mile requirement, Only mentioned the 30 day waiting period. Opened account 9/5/24 but digital info received yesterday 9/17/3024. Looks like. I will cancel. It is not in the interest of the Consumer, only your company.
I was able to get one problem resolved but for second problem we were unable to get contract information on track. Still need to get contract documents for second car.

I'm paying close to $200 additional to what i already pay and my sensors are not covered. I am currently looking for another policy.
This company is nothing but scamers, they will take your money in heartbeat, and when you needed them they look for every excuse to deny your claim, they will give you the run around until you give up. In my case I am taking them to court I will update

HORRIBLE experience.
To start, this warranty hardly covers anything. I've only been able to get oil changes covered through my warranty and have spent thousands paying out of pocket.
Next, there was a 77 mile discrepancy reported at time of purchase and Endurance didn't let me know about this until 3 years after purchasing the warranty only when it came time to actually needing to use it. They said they just saw the info and that I'd need to submit additional documents to attempt to fix this but that my warranty would most likely be void. (Why did I hear about this 3 YEARS later!?!?) The mileage proof process took over a week (with lots of phone calls, emails, following up, being transferred to different departments, etc.) and me having to tell my car servicing dealership to please be patient while I dealt with this nightmare.
After this process, they proceeded to tell my dealership that the warranty covers nothing I am needing to get done on the car. Even my Service Advisor (who has worked with MANY extended warranty companies) texted me this morning saying, "Nothing is covered. You got to call them. This does not feel right... Try to get your money back."
Endurance is a fraud -- you might get a decent price but that's because they won't end up covering anything so you'll end up paying that price PLUS the out-of-pocket cost for all repairs (except oil changes hahaha).
They'll do anything to avoid paying for your repairs or maintenance.
I've sent Endurance an email detailing my painful experience and got no response so figured it was time to write a review in hopes of maybe helping someone else out. If you have the option, please go with a different warranty :)

I will never ever in my life use endurance again. The customer service is horrible. The warranty department is full of big lies. I got a warranty through you guys. You told me I can go anywhere with it. I've been to five dealerships no one except it so I canceled my warranty then you guys didn't wanna give me a refund talking about my mileage that don't have anything to do with it. I'm definitely reporting you guys to the Better Business Bureau. Horrible horrible horrible if you guys could choose any other warranty company go with them and do not use Endurance.

SAVE YOUR MONEY! I am a totally dissatisfied and disheartened former customer. When I was researching Endurance I asked the rep what I needed to do, unequivocally, to avoid a claim being denied. He said make sure you regularly maintain your vehicle and keep records. I took my 2018 Equinox to the dealership every 6 months for check up: oil change, check fluids, rotate tires, etc. In April I felt the transmission slip and to avoid further damage, I had my car towed to the dealership. Now here are 2 interesting facts: #1 you cannot add transmission fluid yourself, it has to be done by a mechanic and #2 there isn't a gauge on my car to show the transmission fluid was low. These two facts, along with my meticulous maintenance records submitted by my mechanic, were totally ignored by the Endurance adjuster and my claim was denied. GUESS WHY? My claim was denied because if the transmission fluid is low, that excludes me from filing a claim. WHAT?! I had my car in for a diagnostic check on March 5th and a certified mechanic didn't detect any problems. The transmission began to slip on April 19 so isn't it probable that the problem began after the check-up? I did everything I could possibly do within my control to maintain my vehicle and I have the records to proof it. In closing here are 3 additional customer service issues I suffered through: 1) Endurance would not reimburse me the $646 it cost to drop the transmission so the adjuster could deny my claim [OUCH!] 2) they would not give me a copy of the adjuster's report, but would only go over his notes with me and my mechanic via phone and
3) their customer service consists of transferring your call to other claims reps who want you to go over all the details again, then deny the claim until you finally give up... which I did.
If I had saved the amount I paid to Endurance over the past two years ($4,000+) I could have paid for a new transmission..

My 73 year old Dad brought this truck brand new in 2014 (75,000.00) After factory warranty ran out he decided to get another warranty because of being concerned of the large expense of repairs nowadays. This truck was largest purchase he ever made. He always had it serviced before it was actually necessary! There were times he had it washed twice in the same day because it wasn't cleaned properly the first time. In other words he made sure everything was taken care of in the best way possible! Only putting 56,000 miles on it until he was no longer able to drive. The truck then was only driven by my mother when she needed to take a load of yard trimmings to the compost facility and to the Dump. Mom had a stroke in February 2023, Dad passed away in May of 2023 and the truck pretty much just sat there not used until she decided to give me the truck because Dad had told all of us he wanted me to have it. I started driving it in April of this year (2024). When it was time for service I did the service myself due to prior bad issues I had had on my other truck being serviced at another Dealer because when I purchased my truck it came with a service plan, and after that I didn't trust anyone to do it right. I've been a mechanic most of my career and so I can tell right away when it's not done correctly. Dads truck began making a ticking noise at idle speed then shortly after began to misfire and then blow smoke out the exhaust. Mom transferred the warranty to me after I received the truck. So realizing that this was a lifter failure I decided to take it to the dealer for repair. When the dealer diagnosed the lifter failure they contacted Endurance/auto Assure for a claim. Endurance told them that they needed maintenance records before they would authorize repairs. The truck now only has 71,000 miles on it now. We tried to find the service records Dad had on it and unfortunately haven't been able to locate them, none of us have any idea where he kept them. Also when I got the truck I swapped tires and rims from my 2014 Chevy truck because I liked the look of them better. The Inspector for Endurance came and looked at the truck and shortly after that they denied the claim because the tires on the truck are one size larger than stock! I knew this in no way could cause a lifter failure and the lead service technician agreed. Endurance denied the claim due to tires being one size bigger than stock! Really! So please do not purchase a warranty from them because they will not honor the warranty and you will be out thousands of dollars. Over 4,000.00 for endurance and now 6,000.00 at the dealership. Please BEWARE! I don't want anyone to fall victim to a total scam which is "ENDURANCE" Check their ratings and reviews and see for yourself!

I didn't hear about the 1000 miles until I went to get my vehicle fix. Which was not valid because I haven't drove 1000 miles. I understand the rules just don't remember that in the pitch I received. End up paying for my repair which I got Endurance for!

Filed 1 claim denied over phone in 10 seconds no answers! Waste of $$ and time get dealer warranty! Bad customer service everything is miss leading from the start of the purchase! Wish wasn't just a person but a company to try to shut them down! And they can't say I'm bias I went where they sent me!

My monthly payment is $174.00. So far I have paid 4 months of payments $696.00. I was very disappointed in what was paid for, especially after I had first called to ask if a rack n pinion was covered? The reply was that rack n pinions are covered. Well hearing that I was kinda relieved but then the mechanic informed me that Endurance only paid for the battery and part of the replacement of an alternator. Now this worries me cause what if the engine needs replaced and my bill is for example $5,685.00 and then is Endurance gonna just pay for a third or half of that instead of what they say on their advertisement. My car was bought used with over 200,000 miles is the reason I purchased this in the first place. I'm not one who goes off first opinions etc., but I shall see as my car creeps toward that 300,000.

It took 3 weeks for an adjuster to contact the garage and another 4 days to get authorization to have the repairs done. I contacted Customer Service EVERY DAY. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and was told there was nobody who could help me. I paid a lot of money for this insurance and should not have had all these issues. I needed a rental car due to my husband's health and learned that Endurance would only pay $150! My rental car bill was over $800. I was not informed until week three that I could have gotten an cheaper rate using Hertz.

They don't cover certain parts that need to be fix for example they only cover certain tierod makes no sense to me I need done the L/F outer tierod part,and mind u I have the Gold plan policy

I fell the salesman misrepresented the price over the phone when I purchased the warranty. Once I received the paperwork and realized the problem, I immediately called and canceled the transaction. The I spoke with then was very polite and professional and handle the cancellation well.

Don't sign up with Endurance. My vehicle was in the shop for seven days, for me to find out that Endurance would not pay to repair my vehicle. If I had rented a vehicle, it would have been too costly, because Endurance only pays $30 per day, leaving me stuck with the remainder. Believe me, I called often to find out the status of my vehicle repair request, with no positive answer. I was very dissatisfied with the over all service that Endurance did not supply.
The agent I spoke with was very polite and met all my concerns. Answer all my concerns.

Monicia, that's her name! Rude, unapologetic, and arrogant.
I spoke w her about the situation of my car being unfixed & sitting in a shop for over 2 weeks. I wanted to cancel the policy.
She arrogantly said "go ahead you can cancel the policy but endurance won't pay anything!"
Clearly it's at their fault why the car is sitting there. They've sent the wrong parts twice! And they won't extend the car rental
First they won't cover the total of the cost repair and the parts sent was wrong. Had to leave the car in the shop longer than expected.
2nd, customer service never return calls even after the automatic "will return call" recording. Even when talking to real person, they will transfer you to a different department and put you in hold forever.
And now I'm still waiting and see if they will extend my car rental due to "of their mistake of sending to wrong parts.smh.
