The site presents itself in a way that strongly implies it is affiliated with Emirates Airlines — but it's not. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, I received no communication, no support, and no offer to reapply or refund. All messages were either ignored or responded to with vague, useless replies. As a result, I lost a non-refundable flight and hotel booking, and was left with no recourse. Only afterward did I realize I could have applied through official airline channels like Emirates.com or Etihad.com for half the cost — and with actual support. This site is misleading, overpriced, and preys on travelers who trust what looks like an official source. It collects sensitive personal documents (like your passport and photo), offers no real accountability, and provides a substandard and risky experience. I strongly encourage others who have been affected to report this website to local consumer protection authorities, the UAE Cybercrime Unit, and ICANN. I can't believe it! After I already paid my application fee, I had to constantly bother them just to get some information and updates. And then, on the day of my flight to Dubai, they have the audacity to inform me that I need to pay an additional 1250 AED for COVID insurance. Can you believe that? It's absolutely outrageous! So, I decided to reach out to Emirates customer service to clarify the situation, and guess what? They told me that there is no such fee anymore! Unbelievable! I was so frustrated that I demanded them to cancel my application, and you wouldn't believe what they did next. They had the nerve to ask me for a cancellation fee of 250 dollars! Can you believe the nerve of these people?

Never ever order of them! I order6 hours visa and now its alomst 8 hours am in the airport and no one replay me! They never replay u back!

Do not apply with them, they just scammed me $300 they advertise a service they cannot provide. Thieves, would give a negative star if there was any.

I have applied through this company for A visit visa, initially there were very helpful at the start of the application after while doing the payment thing got worse and worse, they even applied for the visa, several time i request for the tracking ID and File number they didn't provide me. These are Fraud and scammers please don't make any payment though this website.

Emiratesvisa.com is the worst experience of using an online service for anything that I have ever had. It is not based in the UAE. They are profoundly unprofessional. They overcharge. How much they overcharge is hugely variable but always excessive. They fail to deliver on their promises. It is best to avoid this company at all costs. It's best to use the official GDRFAD website with a UAE sponsor if you can. Failing that, any other company I would think would be better than this truly awful company.

I wonder why they can openly operate like this without been held by the authorities in Dubai. Their website should be breakdown. I purchased (1890 dihrams) VISA but never received them, when I started to contacted them to get details they asked me to pay more for some insurance (2200+) Total FRAUD.

Real services but it may take sometime to get your visa not 2 days.
They do ignore your messages beacuse I think all whatsapp communication is computer genetrated

Start here, look at their Instagram comments, then try and call any of the numbers they provide…they dont even exist. This is such a massive scam and it's shocking how their seems to be so many "good reviews" I fell for it too. I believe its 100% fake! Do not put yourself through the stress of working with these people you will be dissapointed and most probably miss your trip! Shocking how their website has not been taken down. They are very eager to help untill you pay then you will hear nothing from them. I wish this will help someone as I wish I was smarter.

They late texted me asking for more than 1200$ more and that the 165$ was only for the insurance. PLEASE BE CAREFUL EVERYONE

They will take your money, say you need to pay more for insurance and attestation. When you stop paying they will stop replying to you. All the 5 star reviews are fake everywhere. Check all the 1 star reviews. ITS A SCAM very professionally done.

I applied for the wrong eVisa type and Emirates Visa Online rescued not only my flight tickets but also my whole tour in Dubai. I have booked everything and at the last minute figured out that I have had applied for the wrong eVisa type. I applied for the GCC Res eVisa and had to cancel it. They helped guide me and made everything right again in a very short time period! Not only me, but also a friend of mine who was going to the Philippines and transitioning through Dubai! TERRIBLE SERVICE - THIS IS A SCAM!

I reached out to this group to get an urgent visa to Dubai and they confirmed that I would get my visa within a reasonable time frame. I had concerns about the visa getting approved and they said it would not be a problem. One hour after the processed my payment ($500) they came back and told me that it was a problem. When I asked them for more information they did not respond and I have not heard back from anyone from the company for several hours. I have just lost 500$ and don't want anyone else to do the same - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
