Bruce was great to work with from start to finish. He guided me through the process with unlimited customization, finishing, and printing options. Emenac Packaging USA delivered my order on time. Will recommend their services to anyone who is in search of custom-printed boxes for their brand packaging needs.
First off, check on their address. Their base of operation is non existent. All their reviews are one time reviews. None of them look anything like what actual humans speak.
Emenac Packaging USA delivered my packaging yet not how i expected. I spent three weeks to get the best but didn't receive the order of full quantity. Packaging got damaged during while delivery and i had to wait one more week. I would urge them to improve the service and turnaround time.
I received my boxes today and were just okay, not to mark them at 5 star. Their delivery was slow, their excuse was that weather conditions aren't stable. But i accepted the packaging.
They delivered the boxes but not on time which made us feel upset. Getting the packaging late would ultimately reflect bad rating for the company, everyone knows that. Would probably use them.
I received my order and had some demaged boxes in it. I complained Emenac packaging and got extra boxes next week which wasted some of my time. They compensated me that all what matters. Boxes are of good quality.
Our package was delivery late. We waited for weeks to get the boxes. They need to run down on the fast delivery options.
Boxes arrived on time, but few of the boxes were defected, delivery man struggled with the package, I am not sure is it delivery company fault but the company should check on the whole process. I am waiting for the replacement or refund.
I haven't received my packaging order yet. Almost two days late. I hope i will update this once i get the boxes.
