Ematista Peruvian Jewelry - Rip Off - Don't be Fooled! - I purchased over US$150 from Ematista Peruvian jewelry, they messed me around for over 4 months, with lies of it being sent and a false tracking number. I was also offered a refund, but have not seen 1c to date. It has been 6 months now, I would advise anyone to take all precautions if they are game to buy from this con-artist. I believe they possibly are also going under the ID of Inkaraymi on Ebay and have opened other Peruvian Wholesale stores. Please be warned.

I placed my $301 order with this company only one month ago, but afterwards, I found all of the negative reviews, so I wrote to them requesting a tracking number. They sent me a bogus number, assuring me that my order would be arriving any day now. I replied that the tracking info was incorrect, and so they wrote back, a week ago, that they would look into that. I've not heard from them since, nor do I really expect to receive my order. It's a little early yet, but being given the bogus tracking info does not give me any confidence in this company. I asked them about the negative reviews I read, and they said that they were all from one Australian buyer. Doubtful.

These people are scammers.

We ordered over $500 of goods and had the most difficult time even getting a payment through the merchant site. 4 weeks later they got paid through Google checkout.
Now 6 weeks after payment there is no sign of the goods even after several requests and now not even a response when they promised a tracking number.
Their domain expired & is now up again at another host.
I contacted the original host & they advised that that ematista NEVER shipped on time and to request a refund from the credit card company.

Not just one Australian Buyer! 2 others that I know of!
I contacted my Credit card supplier with all the evidence of my attempts to get the goods, lodged a dispute & got all my money back including fees, within 2 weeks.
Do the same! Don't let them keep the money.

I ordered $75 worth of stuff back in 2008, and while it took a while for it to arrive (they claimed the mail service to the US was slow, but when received the package it had been sent 3 day airmail, on the day I emailed them asking where my stuff was). BUT my full order was there and the stuff I did get was high quality and sold very well in my flea market business. I'm sad to hear they seem to have stopped sending people their stuff because I wish I could order more.

They never send nothing and just sell for few moneths and then they get your money.so they are ematista and theur are using a false address and then they will return with other name.
