A hundred percent I went through what I term the "year of suffering" with internet hosting because I was new to websites and didn't know anything. Everyone advises me to contact your developer. It was 1 a.m. in my time zone, so I figured, what the heck, they have Discord, and I hopped into Discord, thinking, "Well, I'll leave a note and maybe be up some time tomorrow," Instead, a bleep came on around 5 minutes after I wrote, and sure enough, two, not one, but two techs were online to assist me, $#*!y and Stephen, who worked together for an hour and a half to ensure that I didn't have to start from scratch.
