I took a chance with all the terrible reviews and perchased one item at first! I ordered through amazon and instantly got a confermation email and the next day i got my tracking number through my email! It took four days to ship and get to my house! The pants i ordered were exactly what was shown in the picture and fit perfectly! I have been shopping here ever since! I love them! They have never done me wrong so i don't understand the bad reviews! Only thing bad is the costumer service because if you call no one picks up at all! And BEWARE because if u do return ur only getting basically a gift card not a full cash refund! My clothes always arive in plastic coverings and folded nicely and have been everything they say it will be! They do run a tad small so i went up a size for the jeans and they fit perfect! Before u perchase I recommend doing what i did and looking at there sizing chart and then measure urself to see what size they recommend! And it ur on the border between two go up one! Ellemiss has great clothes that arent over priced and are made well! Everyone has different experiences so if you try it out I recommend buying ONE item and seeing if you like it and if you do go from there! Ive bought a lot from them and have loved every peice of clothing i have received! I am someone who is more on the curvy side and i struggle finding pants that fit my muscular legs and waist because usually there great in my thighs but not in my waist! And these fit me perfectly! The clothes are true to size unlike a lot of sites where sizes run very small. I've ordered bodysuits, pants, dresses, tops and strapless bras. I've love the quality style and speed of shipping on all my items ordered. They offer free 2 day shipping on all purchases made over $75 and best of all they always have coupon codes for 25%-30% off of your order. Most coupons they post on their home page but I always find coupons on many of the coupon sites, so Ive Never paid full price for an order. I am a frequent shopper so I have read their shipping guidelines which clearly states orders take about 24 hours to process and they only ship Mon-Fri. So if you need something quick don't order on the weekend if you do it will double the time to be received. Every item I've order has looked exactly as pictured and out of all the stores I shop online with, this is the only store I've been pleased with every single order. I'm truly addicted to their clothes, and I've gotten all my friends addicted as well. We all love Ellemiss.
