“Purchased a subscription from them 1.5 yrs ago, my...”

Purchased a subscription from them 1.5 yrs ago, my credit card was charged. Magazine was never delivered. I have contacted them on multiple occasions, by email, regular mail, and their You Tube account. Received a reply from the YouTube account, and I quote "Sorry to hear that!". I have since replied and no attempt has been made to refund or begin magazine delivery. The letter I sent to them was returned undeliverable. I checked the Better Business Bureau and there are other similar complaints against them. DO NOT PURCHASE SUBSCRIPTIONS FROM THIS MAGAZINE.
