I have ordered the drew wig from elevate styles twice. The third time I ordered this unit is different from the other two. I believe it is the NEW drew she. I ordered the original. It feels synthetic and I hate it. I'm going to try and make it work since I spent my money, but I'm not happy.

I was excited to receive my package but it went to puerto rico and when i called abiut my order. The rep saud it was odd buy just to keep waiting and i woukd eventually get it. For that reason im disappointed. I did get it 10 days later

My order wass delivered very quickly which was great and the two wigs i bought were very affordable.
Though my wigs were synthetic and you can't expect too much out of synthetic wigs I was a little disappointed with how the inside of it was done. The main problem I had was the inside was made. There is a plastic like bands around the hairline that makes the plucking process difficult even with the plucked hair line is still looks very fake because of this Thin band.Other than that I got what I paid for

This wig came in 3 days! Awesome shipping and the wig looks great. But the only thing i have a problem with is the wig is bigger than i expected so most likely i wont really wear it (my head is too small). I would recommend you order from here but do more research on the size of the unit you are ordering. Thanks!

Ordered a long while ago and still haven't received my wig, three stars because it takes long to delivery but the website z easy to use

The last 2 purchases, it was too small and I had to make adjustments. The new purchase, I have not worn yet but will check it out.

I love the variety of hair your site offers. My only complaint is your online ordering can be a pain at times. Whenever you have a sale it is next to impossible to place a order online, and there have been times I have missed out on getting deals online unless you call and by the time you get someone the color of hair you wanted is sold out. None of the colors I wanted I received

Received an email confirmation that the wig was in stock and less than 5 mins my order was confirmed. Within the same day received email confirmation that wig had been shipped. Loved the fast shipping!

The wig is nice, But not enough hair in the back and the black is to black. It can be toned down a little great.

The Bobbi Boss wig knotting was awful and the other wig cannot remember the name is slightly shedding hair

The color of the hair was not right on one wig
The style on the other was nothing like the photo

Customer service was wonderful and the deals you have are excellent just wish there weren't so many shipping issues

Product arrive on time

I ordered hair from elevate styles. It took forever to arrive at my house. I am assuming because of the huge snowstorm on the east coast. Nevertheless, I did more research and decided that I no longer wanted the hair. I called the company and they informed me to just refuse the package. When it finally arrived, I did not open it. Instead, I took it to my local mailbox and told them that I refused the package. I captured evidence that I refused it. I contacted the company again and the customer service representative was mean to me. Therefore, I decided to open a dispute with PayPal to ensure that I received my refund. I communicated with the seller via paypal. They said once they receive it, they would issue a refund. I waited and waited, nothing. They even indicated that they had received the package. Still no refund. I complained via PayPal saying that they were taking their time giving me back my money even though I had returned the package and they acknowledged receiving it. Finally, they issued my refund. I don't think they would have done that unless of I hadn't complained. I'm really skeptical about working with this company again.

I'm really enjoying this unit. I was not a fan of the spiral curls and I knew prior to purchasing it, I would comb the curls out. This way I could blend my natural hair better.
I gave it 3 stars just because I recently bought it and had to manipulate as such. However, if the unit keeps up, I would increase the stars.
