This place is an ABSOLUTE scam. I ordered two dresses (same dress-- two sizes) for my daughter for her homecoming dance. To start, they sent me only one dress. Then worse, instead of the dress I ordered, some horrendous dupe arrived from China! See pics-- left is what I ordered; right is what I got. My daughter was heartbroken, as this happened just a few days before her dance, leaving little time to find anything else. Their refund policy seems like it would be fine, but it's been a total runaround with issues like them instructing me to send some logistics number (which they won't respond to inform me what this is nor how to find it) or them not giving me a proper address with an actual postal code. I have asked repeatedly for these things. I imagine it's by design-- hoping that the package won't reach them so I cannot get my refund for this trash dress they sent instead of the two dresses I ordered. Dealing with trying to get my money back has been a NIGHTMARE. Run from these crooks!
