Worst online site EVER! I ordered a pair of size 7 1/2 floral pink doc martens and although the shipping came on time, the shoe size AND style was wrong. When I emailed regarding this issue the company fully admitted to it being their fault and that they shipped me the completely wrong item. However when I said I would send it back and get my refund they tried to convince me not to do so saying if it got lost in shipping it would be my fault and I would not recieve any refund and also I had to pay for return shipping. Then they said they could only give me a 15% refund regardless of what I did because 15 is the max they can do and 15 will provide them with their profit margin for the shoes! Even though they ADMITTED to it all being their fault and them sending me not only the wrong size but the wrong style they still would not give me a full refund. Anyway do NOT shop here under any circumstances ever! I ended up finding a doc marten store and purchasing from there and I love it, Downes Shoes in Fortitude Valley is a fantastic Store, go there instead!
