Purchasing a phone from them is as easier than ever! Especially thanks to their new website. I have placed an order with them in the past probably back in 2019, and by then for sure I needed an upgrade. I placed an order for a new galaxy phone with them and I am very happy with my phone and purchase now. They did a whole special about renovations on their website and it all looks extremely good and future proof making my order even easier. I will be buying again from them as they have never let me down with any of my orders
Bought a phone that was broken. They said they would fix it under warranty. Paid to ship it to the company. Weeks went by with no communication. I called and they said it would be sent in the next week. It never arrived. I called and they promised a manager would call. No one called. I called back several times and demanded a fixed phone or a refund. They said I had to pay a $95 charge which was never mentioned before. This company is a scam and will steal your money.
The first time i tried to purchase this phone as a gift and have it delivered to that address the order was cancelled. No email was sent to me? Luckily I checked the order to find this out. I have used this card on other sites and was able to mail to the gifted address?
I came to their website to buy a new phone, the guys helped me with all my questions on how to do it quickly and clearly, they were also polite and professional. Thank you

The only thing I didn't like is that I wanted to order my product by phone instead of online and I was unable to reach anyone in the sales department, so I ended up ordering it online.
I was sold a phone that could not connect with my carrier...Verizon. Have sent phone back...waiting to see if I get credited for the teturn... hope so
Ordering was straight forward and easy.
Delivery was slow, later than promised.
Phone was as advertised/ new and working great. Overall I will shop here again provided I have time to wait for shipping.

Good company but it takes them a whole week to process orders. Even if you pay 3 day shipping it will still take them time. Non the less I'm satisfied with what I paid for.
Your policy (that the shipping address must match the billing address) held up my order. I've never encountered such a policy when shopping online and it's not very convenient.
Standard specifications but no other information on website. No or Limited information on condition (new? Original packaging? shipping weight seems high). No list of items included. No related accessories offered (case, extra battery). No idea of availability, in stock? Somewhat a "pig in a poke". Free shipping sounded good but 10 day minimum indicates a week before shipped
I could not find a return policy and the site had issues with entering information. The site, in my opinion, does not have a good interface. I would also make the "checkout" option towards the bottom left more visable. I apologize for the low ratings, but hope it may help remodel your site.
First time shopping with you... depending on what shape my product is in when I get it and how long it takes to arrive will determine whether I use this online again or not.
Will also depend on if I tell my friends about you.
The transaction took long to complete and was a bit frustrating, but all is well if the phone arrives brand new as promised
I would rate the experience higher except my original order was cancelled without anyone contacting me, due to the shipping address being different than the billing address. If someone had contacted me, I could have cleared this up and not delayed the purchase.
I waited over 2 weeks to find our that my first order was cancelled. When I tried to contact you I had no luck. I placed a second order now and will see what happens.
Love your product selections and excellent price point. But the following really marred my experience: 1) would not let me use my credit card of choice...kept declining although I have $0 balance on my credit card; 2) no online chat or weekend support - Monday to Friday customer support hours are very 1980s.
The website is great. But there should be more photos and information about the product and an easier way to get in touch with customer service.
Awful communication. Didn't reply to emails. Lied about date my order went out for delivery on more than one occasion. Phone was not unlocked, as advertised.
It is very annoying that I have to "sign up" for every single thing I buy on the Internet. You should at least have a guest checkout. I can't remember 50 passwords and I don't want to sign up for anything I just want to buy a phone.
I had a previous order that was cancelled out of the blue and now I'm on the fence. I hope your cousin enjoy's my phone...we'll see if these show up.

Why couldn't I find anything on return policy in your website? I have purchased a phone and wanted to know what my options are in case there is something wrong with it? I called your phone number and had to leave a message and have not heard back so I've gone ahead with this purchase.
The item don't specify if re-furbish or new. I would have wanted to by glass protector and a case but couldn't. Now I have to look at another web.
I have been using the IOS system for 4 years. I decided to go back to an android and was looking for a certain Motorola phone I couldn't find anywhere else. I assumed this phone would work as well as the ones I had used in the past by motorola. I waited a bit for it to come. Once I received the phone there were no instructions or papers on the phone itself so I had to Google which I found annoying. I also noticed that the additional 10 dollar extra strength signal I had purchased obviously didn't work. I used this phone for about a week and just got so frustrated that I went back to my old iphone. The phone seemed like an old refurbished phone. It never keeps charge and is very difficult to use. While the prices are good and the choices are too I would never recommend purchasing anything from anyone but a store or Walmart. Too risky!
