Purchasing a phone from them is as easier than ever! Especially thanks to their new website. I have placed an order with them in the past probably back in 2019, and by then for sure I needed an upgrade. I placed an order for a new galaxy phone with them and I am very happy with my phone and purchase now. They did a whole special about renovations on their website and it all looks extremely good and future proof making my order even easier. I will be buying again from them as they have never let me down with any of my orders
Bought a phone that was broken. They said they would fix it under warranty. Paid to ship it to the company. Weeks went by with no communication. I called and they said it would be sent in the next week. It never arrived. I called and they promised a manager would call. No one called. I called back several times and demanded a fixed phone or a refund. They said I had to pay a $95 charge which was never mentioned before. This company is a scam and will steal your money.
I ordered a phone on Tuesday 11/22/22 and paid extra for 2 day shipping. I received the tracking information and it showed I won't receive until Monday 11/28/22. When I called to check they said 2 business days. Seriously! Postal services works Friday & Saturday. What the heck. Not happy about the long wait. 2 day service should be 2 day Postal service. I get it that Thursday was a holiday. But, 2 days is 2 days...

There was something wrong this morning at 9:30 am with your credit-card acceptance. I tried three different cards which I know are good, and they were all rejected.
Just now I tried again with one of the same cards. and it went through. Please look into this.
Descriptions should state whether device is new, used, refurbished, or what so that someone knows for sure what they're paying for.
Bought a phone clearly listed as new. Received one that is very clearly used. Scratches on the screen and chassis. Generic box. Generic charger. No documentation. If they wanted to try to slip this one past me, they did a terrible job.
The phone I ordered was blue - the one I received was black. I was under the impression I was receiving a brand new phone - I found e-mails to/from other people on the phone. I had returned a less expensive phone when purchasing the more expensive one I received. I was initially charged a restocking fee on the phone returned. It was reimbursed after I YELLED!!
Phone was as advertised, but the shipping got really screwed up and it took two weeks for me to receive the phone. Customer service seemed disorganized and gave me the wrong tracking number and actually never sent the phone out until a week after they processed my order.
I just now received notice that my order #******* of 48 hours ago was cancelled because "we can only ship to addresses that are verified by the issuing bank. This has to be either the actual Billing Address with the issuing bank or an "Alternate Shipping Address" that is on file with the issuing bank for that card. There are no exceptions to this rule". There are also no notices of this when you order. I have never heard of a bank "acknowledged" alternate address and use my home address for work purchases all the time as my office does not have a convenient way to drop off a package. Also, why does it take the day before I expect it to arrive to be notified of this? I just reordered it #******* but now have to pay even more shipping to have it here by my project's deadline. Very frustrating and disappointing.
The phone arrived in a generic box. It looks new but there's no way of being sure. If it is a new phone, the price paid is a good value. In any event, the website does not describe what the customer will receive.
New, refurbished, etc. No manual, no box, no OEM charger or cable.

took many attempts to get transaction completed. credit card company confused by cell2get/electronicsforce name confusion. transaction initially cancelled due to using different billing address.
Don't know how I can give a review when I haven't received the product yet...I JUST ordered it. I called your sales department and talked to Adam the first time...then David and both offered no assistance. Apparently you can't actually place an order through your sales department. I only ordered this at all because other reviews said it was so easy to order.
Need to have an edit button to correct address. Not start over. I will really see once product received. Then, remove as customers to save there cc to site. To much theft.
it seems to me like there's this is a one-man operation. Everyone on the phone that I talked to her is in a hurry this is the second time that I've called in and tried to get the phone the instructions on the phone were very difficult to go through and I don't think I would recommend this to a friend of mine.

I tried calling customer service AND sales before item was purchased never received a call back. I am gambling in buying the item- that it is a new, fully functional phone. What comes with the phone?? What does "install" mean ? I still don't know.
Placed an order on 21Apr22 for a NIGHTHAWK hotspot. Credit card showed pending charge. 25Apr22 I called regarding status. "3 business days to process order". 26Apr22, web site listed "additional information needed". Credit card showed refund of charged amount. My inquiry yielded result of "you will receive response call by 4 PM tomorrow". 15 minutes before the appointed time, I called, explained situation. "You need to buy your product from another vendor." SCAM?…. Judge for yourself.
UPDATE: After 2 weeks and 2 attempts, I received the correct device, no issues with it. Owner of business called to verify accurate completion of transaction. If this had been the case from the start, at first sign of an issue, I would have rated 4 stars.

The second and third question are kind of to early to answer. The first one question Would have give you a 5 star if I could have corrected my last name. I spent 20 minutes 4 times trying to fix my name and each time I had to fill out everything 3 times. I gave you a 3 star on1 and 2. I'll come back later once I see how things go and when I get my product. OK
I was sent the wrong item. I emailed and was told to return it for a refund, not an exchange. When I asked about the correct item I was told it was out of stock, but its still on the website.

I bought an LG V20 unlocked Verizon phone from them. I paid extra for three day shipping. After two phone calls and an email it came on the fourth day. When I opened the package the phone was not in a regular box and was used not new. The battery cover had a small scratch in it and the charger and cable were not original to the phone. But I am keeping it because it works fine. When I emailed them it was minutes when they replied. When I called they were polite and did not hesitate to tell me what I wanted to know. They were very polite. Would I order another phone from them? I do not know because they are rather less than truthful about marking phones as used or refurbished. I wanted a new phone not a used one. The price was great, for a new phone but too high for a used phone. It seems they do not tell you whether a phone is new, used or refurbished in the description of the phone on the website. That is wrong and should be dealt with. Would I recommend someone buy here? Probably not without explaining it was buy at your own risk.
