Given Contact number and email are not working. Ordered and paid Rs.1,872.60 on dated 9th Dec 2024. Today 15th January not getting single response. No response.

We had ordered a Creality K1C 3D printer and 3 Numakers filaments, order no: ******* through electroniccomp website on 14th of September 2024 and transferred a sum of Rs. 49,994.71 by online through UPI. You had assured that you deliver the materials on 24.09.2024 but we didn't get the items. We have been continuously calling them on their help line and even visited their Bangalore office/warehouse. We were told that they will refund our money back but we have not yet received our refund. They are also not replying to our calls or emails.

This is the fraud company. We advise all to never deal with this else you may loose your money.

We are taking legal steps now to recover our money back.

Placed an order on 6th OCT 2024, it has not been shipped till today 4th Nov. No one is answering emails, no one is picking up calls. The call goes to IVR and then disconnects, and then the number gets switched off. No response! DO NOT PURCHASE

I received a short shipment after 15 days. I launched multiple complaints with customer care; they assured me that they would ship the missing item, but they did not. After 5 months, the customer care number is no longer answering my calls, and they are not responding to my emails.

I found that this website is not to be trusted because they do not follow standard e-commerce rules. There is no cash on delivery option, and it seems that because of the invoices generated, the customer cannot file a complaint with the government cyber cell.

I had booked an order of 9 items under order No.******* dated 06-11-2022. There was a short shipment where, some 3 items were missing in the shipment. I had informed them immediately, to which, first they acknowledged the short shipment. Then in the subsequent mail, perhaps they became smarter and informed that they would look into the issue, after getting feedback from their concerned team. Subsequent to it they are not responding to any of my communications.

There should be a 0 star rating for this app. They never deliver your products. They have just uploaded the products nothing is available with them. Just fake YouTube adds they give. Not worth a penny. They never answer calls... Neither emails... They are looters, fraudsters, They have 1 star rating in trustpilot.com. Have sent them legal notice. Let them face the consequences They also have 1 star rating in mouthshut.com Never trust this mafia

Not at all ready to send money back since my order Oct 2023. Product not in stock. Understood paise toh wapis karo. Total fraudulent company. Products ordered Lipos are old not working. Anyways just send my money back if you understand this text.
