I ordered a headphone from this company many weeks ago. After getting a confirmation of the order, I haven't heard back from them. As They don't give out phone number to contact, I submitted a request on line from their web site couple times about my order status. Even though it said someone would respond within 24 hours, no one has contacted me. They are Crooks. Unless you want to lose your money or to work with your credit card company for disputing a charge, stay away from them. They are not even deserved a star for their service,
Back in October Electrofist popped up with a normal web search for a deal on Bose Noise Canceling Earbuds. I placed an order, got immediate e-mail confirmation and my credit card was charged the same day. After not receiving the item or any shipping info I tried to contact the merchant and discovered they had shut down their web site. I sent two e-mails with no response. Quickly put the item (nearly $200) into credit card dispute.
I purchased a Marshall Bluetooth speaker from them, got receipt, and that was all I got. I contacted them 3 times via email and they didn't respond at all. I've contacted the BBB to shut this/these bums down.
This company should be strung up, cheating hard working people out of their money and at Christmas too. The first of November I order a Bose Portable Smart Speaker — with Alexa Voice Control Built-In, $244 was taken out of my checking account immediately, they confirmed the order and said I should have it by November 11th. I've tried to contact them with no avail. I had to give them one star or they wouldn't let me post it
Ordered head phones. Confirmed and NOTHING> No response to emails, not product. It is a fraud!
