Sent the wrong item, and wont contact back customer.

I ordered an LED hula hoop from electric lifestylz, and they sent me the wrong one. I tried to call them, they never answered the phone because it was shut off. I tried to email them and they didnt get back to me. There is also no return address for this website. This company is very unprofessional. They have a policy that you have 30 days to return the item. The company didnt contact me back until the very last day of the 30 days. I left multiple messages and have a total of 21 calls to them and three emails. Very disappointed in the customer service, there wasn't any. I will never go to electric lifestylz again.
