Great staff but as usual, poorly managed hotel that lies about internet availability by not disclosing limited usage.

First day, Broken fan in room, had to change room
New room tv constantly turned off on its own after 2 minutes, they had to come to my room twice to to reprogram the TV.
FREE Internet is 1 megabit which is ridiculously low and THERE IS A LIMIT TO THE DAILY USAGE. Managers could not get the vendor to remove the usage limitation, inefficient management. Said that they can not talk to the vendor till Monday
Find some other hotel if you do not want to deal with inefficient management and frustration while you are on vacation.

And this is the first day of my stay, so I am looking for another hotel.
