I have ordered from Ejuices about 20 times this year. Only one time did I have to pay for shipping; they have several shipping sites & for some reason this particular order I had to pay shipping. Usually even a $3 order is free shipping so it's more than balanced itself out. Their selection is decent & they have frequent sales. I absolutely love their customer points: I have enough points for a free $50 order. I wish their hardware selection was updated more often, but I have found some really good deals & was able to get the Zeus edition legend kit for less than $55 when everywhere else had it for over $60. I will continue to be a loyal ejuices customer.
The customer service from eJuice.com is horrendous. I ordered on May 7 2021. My order was fulfilled on May 10 2021. Their online track says it has been in my city since May 13 2021. Every day I check the tracking is get pushed out even further. The cost for shipping was about 25% of my total order charges and they say they can do nothing about my delivery until after May 27,2021. Customer support is worthless, they respond to my email, but NOT my concerns. To bad they had a wide variety of products. Beware you may never get your order based on this experience.
