I have been ordering from eJuices for over a year, and my most recent purchase was extremely disappointing. I purchased 7 Fifty Bars, Strawberry Cereal Donut Milk flavor. At least 3 of the devices are barely below the full indicator & they taste raunchy, like they do when almost empty. The products started tasting disgusting after a few weeks of using them. Every time one began to taste foul; I would open another one just to have that one taste the same after using it for 1-2 weeks!

I was told by customer service that they have a "7 day return policy"! Like I'm going to go through 7 vapes in 7 days?!?! The issues with the vapes DID NOT occur immediately!

Do NOT purchase anything from eJuices...they DO NOT stand behind their products!

The customer service from eJuice.com is horrendous. I ordered on May 7 2021. My order was fulfilled on May 10 2021. Their online track says it has been in my city since May 13 2021. Every day I check the tracking is get pushed out even further. The cost for shipping was about 25% of my total order charges and they say they can do nothing about my delivery until after May 27,2021.

Customer support is worthless, they respond to my email, but NOT my concerns. To bad they had a wide variety of products. Beware you may never get your order based on this experience.

I have ordered from Ejuices about 20 times this year. Only one time did I have to pay for shipping; they have several shipping sites & for some reason this particular order I had to pay shipping. Usually even a $3 order is free shipping so it's more than balanced itself out. Their selection is decent & they have frequent sales. I absolutely love their customer points: I have enough points for a free $50 order. I wish their hardware selection was updated more often, but I have found some really good deals & was able to get the Zeus edition legend kit for less than $55 when everywhere else had it for over $60. I will continue to be a loyal ejuices customer.
