I recently purchased a water-cooled/heated bed cover from Eight Sleep, and it is still my absolute favorite item ever. My home is extremely hot, so this is helpful.
What a difference the Eight Sleep has made in my life! I could only sleep for a maximum of an hour or an hour and a half each night. I've gotten nearly 2 hours every night since the first of my eight nights of sleep. Finally, I'm feeling much more refreshed after getting the necessary sleep.
Second night using the pod cover for me. For the first time in a long time, I slept through the night. This item was completely worthwhile. I'm looking forward to going to bed for the first time ever.
