Quick and easy, but with a little confusion relative to the delivery of a couple items ordered that required calling a CSR.
You software has bugs. I had to re-type the order 2x's. The first time it lost the UPS instructions.
As I expected couple the corners on the boards did get damaged during transit. I don't blame efloors I blame UPS.
They were able to match some laminate that I purchased many years ago that I wasn't able to find anywhere else.
