I was looking for a flooring sample. The sample was a perfect size and I received it in a timely manner.

Would have liked to see instructions for the floor stripper. I am assuming that this is diluted at 5:1.
After receiving product, found that the floor stripper is not concentrated; that disappoints me. Why can't the site have complete product description!?

I had a little difficulty navigating your order web site- during checkout my cart disappeared and I had to start over with my order. Then I had double of one item. Not sure if it was user error!
