I've purchased Tech Masters course on Edureka, and I must say the learning experience has been fantastic. The instructors are highly experienced, and their teaching methods are engaging and effective. They explain concepts in a way that's easy to understand, making the learning process enjoyable and enriching.

However, my experience with the Edureka support team hasn't been as smooth. While they eventually resolve issues, it often takes multiple follow-up emails or escalations to get their assistance. Initially, they tend to deny or delay support, which can be frustrating, especially when you need urgent help.

Overall, the platform is great for learning, but I hope they work on improving their support services to make the experience seamless for learners.
