It was great learning with Team Edureka, I have completed 2 live courses AWS and DevOps and It was well presented and all doubts were solved.
Trainer are really great and cleared my Doubts.

I have enrolled for Devops PG Purdue program. While enrollment there was all big promises. Now no support. Fooling American people. I will reach out to Purdue university and inform them how they are making fool of USA clients.

Its was Awesome experience with Edureka trainers, I have enrolled for PG Diploma AI-ML and master's on Data Science, there are so friendly and have lot more patience for teaching each and every minute part and repeat them in case if you don't understand. After comparing with other learning platform, I found Edureka more suitable because its course content to match up new edge requirements, flexibility for learning sessions, help of support team. Various assignments and quiz support helped me to get better know how experience. It was a great learning experience. I wish if they could provide job opportunities for the good candidates so that it would be the number one in all platform

To all the students who plans to enrol on IT course with edureka. Please don't fall into their sweet talk, this is what happened to me and I have lost £300. The course I enrolled for was data scientist, the person who contacted me made all the fake promises, having a personal tutor and guaranteed job after completing the course. Which I found out later that there was no personal tutor and the job isn't guaranteed.
When I paid my first installment, I received an email with all my course modules and the platform. This was in August 2022, and I did tell the person that due to personal reasons I would not start the course until January 2023, and he said that it's fine start whenever you're ready
I started my course last week, and noticed it's all about watching videos and learn from that. Again spoken to the same person and the said join live classes, which I did, my first ever live class, there was no introduction welcoming or finding out about me, what's my knowledge about the subject, where I'm from, etc. The lecture continued teaching students on python, which I didn't understand a word.
I then received an email asking for the second payment, I paid without any delay, yesterday on the 26th of January 2023, I logged in to continue with my study but I couldn't login, a message on the screen saying Access to your account has been removed due to default payment.
This is how rubbish they are with their communication and customer service.
If they had send me another email, a reminder of the last payment, I would have happily paid but without any warning or any support or help, they blocked my account.
I paid £300 just for watching one video clip and one live class.
Please please please think not twice but 100 times before you enrol with this useless edureka, academy, organisation or whatever it is. Their only interest is in the money, once you pay them, only then you'll see their true colour. There's no students support, no tutor no customer service and no communication.

Hello everyone, i did an online course on Cyber security with Edureke and it was a fantastic time with the instructor who personally is down to earth. I enjoyed every moment of the class and it is really not expensive compare to others out there. Thank you Edureke! Idowu Kingsley.

The Python programming course offered by Edureka is excellent. I am from non IT background the teacher Who teaches me explained everything very clear and the support team who helped me in clearing all the doubts in the commends. I say this because of personal experience. The best part is that the institute offers discounts on courses and combo packs that include python programming.

It was an excellent experience for CEHv12. The instructor was Deepak Bhatt and He has significant expertise in the Subject. Edureka Support is 24*7 and You get your query resolved within Minutes

It was an amazing experience. The best part of the learning journey was the instructor led live sessions!

The worst online learning website ever. If I could rate them negative 20 I would. As far as the instructor is concerned, he was great. However, the support team are terrible. Literally the day my course ended all of my 18 class recording disappeared from my account, i contacted the support team and they had no clue as to what happened. After multiple calls and requesting a query online, they added the wrong recordings and after 8 hours they added the right recordings. Yet again he recording disappear every other day and they appear again only to disappear again. When i registered for the course I was told I would have access to my recording for a lifetime but that has not been the case. I can't even study for my certificate exam but i have no materials to refer back too. Absolutely the worst experience. Support team have no clue what they are doing. This needs to change. Total Scam.

I was contacted by Eudereka staff who gave me a link for payments for the salesforce admin courses.After payments I couldn't join the class on the 26th of November 2022 as he claimed he wasn't able to receive the payment and asked me to contact my bank for a reversal for payments which was successfully made.I approached the bank and was confirmed that the payment was received since and can't be reversed. I have been following up for my refund and has been ignored since then.The staff is: Apurv Singh: +91 ******* *******
Sum of $200 as part payments and today is 2weeks with no responses.They read and ignore all my Whattsapp and emails.

Edureka is very good learning platform and had wonderful experience. The instructor was very helpful during the course and the content is very easy to understand

Deepak bhatt was my instructor and He has great industry experience. Edureka Support is helpful. You get your query resolved within an hour. Priyanka Poojary is supportive and she helps whenever needed. If you are looking for any course on Edureka! Go for it :)

Wouldn't recommend. The representative that was assigned to deal with me when I inquired about a course wouldn't let be with calls and messages. I decided to give him time to discuss the course and after branding and priding their platform to be a great online training company and a quick review of the platform while speaking to him, and promising a refund if I'm no more interested in the course, I bought in and made a payment for the course. After a couple of days, I decided not to go on with the course as I got a job with benefit of paying for the course enrolled with them. I messaged and call the representative to let him no I'm no longer interested in the course. The representative stopped picking up my calls and has refused to reply my messages. Don't enrol with them.

Be careful who will join from USA. Waste of time. They said if you don't like we will refund you. They are liar. They never refund!
