I have very nice experience with edureka. I was enrolled for angular course. The course content is as per industry level. Instructor assigned to us was expert from industry and she is technically strong enough to give us proper knowledge about the concept. She help us to understand the concepts through real world examples. Also she gives time to catch the concept and then move to the next concept. Edureka support team help to solve issue as soon as possible.

Also they provide lifetime access to the course content, so it is very very useful.

I enrolled for Tableau Certification Program and i had an excellent journey. The trainer was superb and excellent had cleared all the doubts and made the learning very easy.

While considering enrollment, I interacted with three different individuals who assured me of a 24/7 customer support system and committed to responding to my inquiries within an hour. However, my experience has been quite different. On four separate occasions, it took them around 3 to 4 days just to schedule a call with me. The most recent incident involves requesting assistance with an assignment, and it has been several days without any contact from their side to provide the needed help. Additionally, I've noticed that when I call the toll-free number, about 80% of the time, I am unable to reach anyone for assistance. This lack of accessibility and reliable customer support is in stark contrast to the assurances I received before enrolling.

I am having a great experience learning from Edureka. I had enrolled as Power BI/AWS Certification I greatly appreciate their knowledge and willingness.
