Garbage! After a special moment, they miss the note to the package. What's the use of the package, without the note? The recipient has no idea where it came from or for what reason. Bunch of amateurs. You want something done right with details, do NOT deal with edible arragments. They should be very called Absolute Amateurs. Terrible! No refund, no care, no response. Just, I'm not sure what happened. Wow!
When you're sending something to another person for a birthday or an anniversary you want them to be able to enjoy it all day while at work or even at home. But apparently with edible arrangements even though their store is located in the town it was being delivered it takes 6 hours to get where it's going and during those 6 hours the person who answers the phone can't tell you where it is or when it will arrive but it will be there by 9:00 p.m. and yes it was raining and that was another excuse she gave however I doordash and it was raining and I was out delivering and everybody got their food on time. At the prices they charge I would not recommend. After spending over $100 my 2-year-old granddaughter got her balloon arrangement and cupcakes after she was in bed for the night thank you edible arrangements.
Placed an order for flowers, some cookies, & pecans. Flowers were less than expected as my wife had to fix the arrangement and no help from them. Called multiple times and sent emails to get support. Manager suppose to call back, but never called.
I ordered online on a Thursday for delivery the next day. It was easy to order. The site was easy to get around.
I ordered a yummy tray of assorted chocolate covered goodies to surprise my guy friend at work. Edible Arrangements was a big surprise for my friend and his co-workers got to share in his indulgence. He came home with two chocolate covered strawberries for me. They were big and delicious.
I placed order on 28th October for Edibles to be delivered on 29th Saturday. I was charged extra 27 dollars plus shipping. It was specially for my Brothers Birthday but they did not deliver, After so many phone calls
Finally someone answered and I was told its sitting at FED EX office.
Very unprofessionally handled. I am very disappointed the way they handled and did not deliver. I will never order from them again.

Ordered Delicious Fruit Design as a birthday present. In the picture, the fruits looked beautiful and varied.
The birthday boy received a very modest set that was far from the set on the store's website.

I placed an order for my boss and when I went to pick up at the order time, I received a call from the lady that works there telling my order wouldn't be ready for another 3 hours. I asked if they would deliver she said "I'll have to ask the owner." I know she was still at home she sounded like she just had got up and I was had been sitting at the store for 20 mins and no one was even there. Needless to say, I canceled my order and will never order from them again.
I ordered chocolate covered fruit and flowers for my daughter's birthday. The company only delivered the fruit. When I called that same day inquiring about the flowers I was told they would be delivered on the following day. The flowers were not delivered the next day and I called again. I was given a claim number and was told they would follow up in 48 hours. After 48 hours no one had called me back, no flowers were delivered so I called a 3rd time. This time I was told that they were out of flowers which is why they were never delivered. So they just delivered half an order, took full payment and didn't bother to contact me?! Basically they stole money from me and have zero customer service. I will NEVER order from Edible Arrangements again
Beware! I do NOT recommend the Winston-Salem Silas Creek location. My delivery compared to what's advertised on the site was completely different. Called the location, but they blamed everything on Corporate. Called Corporate, they made excuses. No surprise there. Back to the traditional florist!
Wanted to get my mother in law drizzled chocolate strawberries, flowers and a stuffed animal to put a smile on her face and that didn't happen. Online order is faulty, you put zip code and it shows you stores nearest to address. So I pick one in San Antonio and then my order ends up in Houston TX! $160 and all I got were the damn strawberries. So I have to pay a $50 fed ex fee only for strawberries because they can't reimburse me! How is this my fault when their website told me a whole other store and the tracking tool never worked either. I call customer service and he was no help ask to speak to supervisor, wait 30 mins on phone just to be told someone will call me back today. Unfortunately the dang Call never came and now I need to call back tomorrow. I am so disappointed! I am glad I see how they run their business and how they treat their customers. This is the last time I use them if they can't mKe this right. They aren't the only ones who do this type of service but I've used them for other occasions and was planning to do so for the next 3 holidays coming up but was not expecting the service i got today.
First time i ever using this company I spent $115 for my wife their shop is literally around the corner from my wife's job and they still messed up they didn't even call me to let me know what was going on I do not recommend this place. Go to the store and buy your own fruit and do it your self it will mean more I will never ever use this company again I rate this company zero Stars or five thumbs down 0's
I ordered an arrangement as a gift. The basket delivered looked nothing like the product online. I was embarrassed. I called the local store, no response. I wrote a BBB complaint to the headquarters, no response. I called customer service, the store owner told them the fruit count correct Owner did not care about the product appearance. No pride in product. Awful customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND Edible Arrangement
I ordered a small box of chocolate covered fruit on a Thursday at 1:30 to be delivered on Friday (friends birthday). At 3:45 on Friday I checked the tracking information and it said the store had received my order. I called them and they said they were waiting on the delivery guy to pick up the order. I asked if it would be delivered that day and she said yes but couldn't give me a time. Well my friend never received it. I called back on Saturday and it went straight to the corporate office. They left a message a message with the store and said they would call me back. They did not call. I called again on Sunday, it went straight to corporate again. I called again on Monday and corporate said that my order was going to be delivered that day and they already called the recipient to let her know. No one called me. I called my friend and she said they told her it would be delivered by 7:00p.m. She wasn't going to be home that afternoon. I called the store and it went straight to corporate again. I told them to just cancel the order and return my money. I am very disappointed in this company. I don't know if this is a company wide issue or this particular store has issues (San Antonio, Fredericksburg Rd)

I have been attempting to order 3 items for over an hour. When I place my items in the cart and fill out all of the info I am receiving an error message asking me to refresh and start again. They are experiencing some technical issues. I did it again, same message. I called what I thought was my closet store directly and I got a customer service rep from India. Although very nice the language barrier made this an extremely long phone conversation. At the end he stated he received the same message and apologized. I asked for a manager, none were available, he took my number and said someone will call back. This has a been a horrible experience.
Because it was international order my bank declined the payment, and when it was approved it showed me the message to contact edible customer service, nobody answered the phone so called next day and was told that there is no coupon deal today nor free delivery, free delivery only applies for next day delivery and they are sorry I lost $20 coupon. Ended up not ordering from them, there is a lot of other options out there edible.
I send Edible Arrangements frequently. I have always been satisfied with their service and products. This past week I ordered a fruit platter from 288 Mamaroneck Avenue, White Plains. It was a sympathy gift. The manager and staff were not only courteous, but they were very accommodating. I had a problem with delivery, and they were in touch with me multiple times to make sure the delivery could be made successfully. They delivered on the Fourth of July, unbelievable as far as I'm concerned, beyond the call of duty. Thank you again to the Manager and Staff at 288 Mamaroneck Avenue! I appreciate you hard work and outstanding customer service. ST
I recently order a strawberry platter and a flowers for my anniversary. So thinking if I order by 530am my wife would receive it early right nope that's not the case she receive flowers at 735 pm. Flowers where flat and strawberry's melting well need less to say was not happy at all that was last time I would ever order from there. P.S. If your going to order make sure you say your home is a business so you can get order early since they do business first I learn my lesson.
My grandmother and I ordered flowers and chocolate covered strawberries for my mother's birthday and wedding anniversary. The delivery arrived about an hour and a half ago.
I was supposed to get them from the Bensalem location #1271. I have many screenshots and an online receipt to show this is the store that I chose. Instead it came from the Morrisville location #422 which I had purposely avoided because of bad reviews.
The chocolate covered strawberries seemed to be fine, but reading other reviews had me doing a closer inspection. It looks like one of the strawberries has mold. I don't see other spots on the rest of them but I don't want to take chances of anyone getting sick.
I know flowers get a little banged up in delivery, but this is too much. As soon as I removed the wrapping around the bouquet, a rose head dropped to the floor, and the break is clearly old because it is brown and bone dry. Then two of the lilies dropped straight down and were hanging because the stems are broken. The roses look as though they are old and have had petals ripped off of the outside. They're also flattened, some way worse than others. The lilies are wilted and have anthers and petals raining down all over the floor and the counter.
I have attached photos of the flowers, strawberry, and receipts. I am incredibly disappointed and will not be ordering from this company again. I'll be sure to let my family and friends know the condition our order arrived in and tell them to order from other local businesses with better reviews and prices.

I sent my son, who has aspergers and has food sensitivities, chocolate covered strawberries for his birthday from the Brick store in NJ. The strawberries had visible mold on them when he opened the box. Having seen the mold he threw away the fruit arrangement that had also been purchased. I called the store three days in a row several times a day but no one answers. I wrote an email to edible and got no response. I finally called customer service to get a refund and was put on with the actual owner of the company who was completely rude. She gave me a hard time about the time that has passed since the order insinuating the strawberries had gotten moldy over the time it took me to contact her even after explaining several times that was not the situation. The blame she should have taken out on the Brick store was directed at me. I was heartbroken to learn when my sons package arrived (since we would not be together that day) that he was not able to enjoy his gift. It was like I got him nothing but spent $90.00. She had no compassion for this. I will never use this company again.
Answer: They only sent part of my order, I found out accidentally the order was only partially delivered. I had to call them to get a small refund but $100 for 12 pieces of wet fruit. SCAM and a rip off... The flowers were the gift. They SUCK!
Answer: Because they were able to deliver on a Friday with only a one day lead time. I placed an online order Thursday.
