The photos provided were taken immediately after delivery! The missing balloon was tied to our door knob with no phone or communication stating that they were coming back. My neighbor across the street called that evening and said that something is dangling on the ground! It was the missing Mothers Day Balloon.
A few days ago I was searching for something delightfully sweet, with a beautiful presentation treat for my Mom on Mother's Day, I came across Edible Arrangements. After reading all of what you have to offer I was very much impressed. Especially knowing that the blissful bites of fruit would be delivered in a cooler to keep the produce cold and fresh. The web does also state that Doordash may deliver as well. Today, Mothers Day about 15 minutes ago, my Mom's order came out of a car with the windows down, from the backseat of a young man's car. I watched him remove the packages from his seat and immediately noticed that the balloon was missing. The basket of fruit was warm and the bag was filled with condensation. The fruit is wilted, moist and soggy. This order came from Newport Kentucky. I asked the young man where the balloon is and he simply shrugged his shoulders and said they did not give him enough. I ordered JUST FOR MOM BOUQUET & PLATTER BUNDLE and MOTHERS DAY HELIUM BALLOON. I have photos of this major disappointment to share with you. This is a disgrace and disgusting mess that was sent to our door. This is so very upsetting as this is the first Mothers Day without my father/her husband. The strawberry stems are old and wilted and the sprinkles/ pink strawberry coating is so soft that the entire coating just crumbled apart when we picked them up. The fruit is not fresh as if it should have been thrown out, however the coating could have thrown it off, had it not been so mushy. The platter we received is a black plastic TO GO container with plastic lid. Which once removed, was so cheap it couldn't be placed back over the fruit! The photo presentation online is a white, much more elegant serving platter which I know now should have been given. The fruit bag has so much sweat inside…I AM SO EMBARRASSED TO PRESENT THIS TO HER! I have no choice! This is very upsetting. I am unable to leave out because I have to care for her. I relied on Edible Arrangements to make this a Happy Mother's Day. I was wrong. Please contact me ASAP.
It has been 3 days and not one manager has returned my call!

I had bad luck with this business several years ago where the fruit had gone bad and the personnel at the store was difficult and would not refund my money when I went back to the store to complain. I should never have bothered to try them again!
I stupidly decided to try them again. I placed a home delivery order for several items for my husband to be delivered to him on New Years Eve Day December 31,2022. I received three separate email confirmations, even receiving two of the order confirmations on New Years' Eve Day December 231,2022. Mid-day on December 31,2022, I received a call from an Angelino from the Cottonwood Store in Parker, Colorado that my order would not be coming. I called him back only to be to be told that he had a concern dealing with their drivers and that he had canceled my order. He was obnoxious and had a "Couldn't be bothered attitude".
I complained via on-line "Contact Us" and messages left on voice messaging to the Corporate office and within an hour or so on December 31,2022 received a return call from someone in Corporate. The person was very nice and told me that he could have the order for my husband arrive at our home for him on New Years' Day. I wasn't thrilled but agreed that the gift on New Years' Day would be fine. Nothing came on New Years' Day.
I then left "Contact Us" comments to corporate and phone messages for Corporate and other than reference numbers from my online "Contact Us" comments have heard nothing back from Corporate since the December 31,2022 call back where the order was then to come on New Years' Day 2023.
I left messages for the Cottonwood location franchise owner, Cristina, to return my call. Cristina couldn't be bothered. I finally reached Cristina by phone on January 18,2023, where she acknowledged receiving my requests for her to call me back and stated that she was aware of my complaints and had chosen not to call me back. She yelled and talked over me screaming that my complaint "will go nowhere since the order was refunded". Although I had never canceled the order, about a week after the order was to have been delivered Edible Arrangements did refund the credit card charge with the credit card billing showing the order as canceled. After screaming at me that my complaint would be going nowhere Cristina then hung up on me.
Edible Arrangements never delivered anything although I had paid in full and the order had been confirmed.
My husband placed an order 2 days before valentines day for me. I told him I didnt want flowers this year instead I wanted an edible arrangement. That was a mistake! I was suppose to get off at 3 and stayed till 530 waiting on them and they never showed up. He called 9 times with NO answer all day! He finally put in a complaint online and received an email saying they would call him first thing Monday morning and guess what no one called nor did they answer the 4 times he called yesterday. Called the customer service line a few times. No answer. Worst worst worst customer service ever. So here it is 4 days after the day its supposed to deliver and no response
No money back and still nothing delivered. You should truly be ashamed and if you dont have the staff to complete the order you shouldn't allow people to pay for it. Instead he could have went somewhere else and I could have received something for valentines day. He was so upset that it ruined the surprise and this was his first time ordering edible arrangements and probably the last.
UPDATE: finally got someone on the phone who said we refunded your money but thats it. Will not let him speak to a manager. Said the manager said since you told corporate he will not speak to you and she hung up on him. I called and she told me the managers are in and out all the time i told her i would come and wait to speak to one and she kept telling me they will not be there. She said if we dont deliver the product we can deliver it at another time but its still the same price and if we refund the money we do not send anything out or give you any discount or anything. So as i explained to her, someone can order this for a special occasion pay a ridiculous amount and you just dont deliver it for a week and everything is supposed to be fine and you do nothing to make it right? You dont even have the decency to call and let the person know you will not be able to get delivery out to them instead they call for days with no answer and you have the nerve to get upset that we reached out to corporate? Correct. She then went on to tell me we well we were delivering on valentines to peoples homes until 11 pm. I said wait, you think its acceptable to deliver someones valentines gift to their home at 11pm? Are you kidding me? People PLEASEEEEE do not waste your money here. Go somewhere were you will actually receive what you paid for when you asked for it to be delivered. This place does not make things right when they screw up. For any customer to get treated this way is inexcusable.
We will NEVERRRRRR order form here again.
