Easy ordering and very fast shipping. Postage expense was reasonable for a small light weight order. I used 2 of these so I could glue them together to double the thickness as well as being able to stagger the cuts to avoid any potential cold air leak sources at the cut seam locations. I also put a dab of "tacky putty" (3M stuff to use to hang posters, etc) between the felt bundle and the wood floor to keep it from moving and loosening seal on pedal shafts, which worked great and is invisible and non-permanent as installed.

Was a real pleasure speaking with the customer service. They sent me right on track and took care both of my situations. I really like the service.

I was looking for an air conditioning system for my 1976 Stiingray. I was about to order it online but I thought it would be a good idea to call someone at Ekler's. Glad I did, I almost ordered the wrong system. The guy I spoke to knew his stuff. He got me all setup with the right system for my car.

Great customer service. I'm sure I'll be doing more business with Ekler's again.

We called looking for specific tires and tubes for a 1929 model A. The tires were hoping to get were not available, neither was our second choice….that didn't deter Alex, he searched and found some great alternatives, got them ordered and on the way to us. Super helpful and dedicated to ensuring we got what we needed!

I called to ask a question and ended up placing my order over the phone. The customer service representative was very helpful.

Everyone I spoke with was very professional, helpful and courteous.

While Arthur was incredibly helpful in selecting the best frame connectors and place my order, I have asked 3 or 4 times for tracking information. I have yet to get a straight answer if my parts have even shipped let alone when I may see them.
I just keep getting "between 4/9 and 4/12
It is now 4/10 and I still don't even know if our when they will ship.

Its tough to call my go to parts source and 9 times out of ten they dont have it

Rep told me it was shipping from LA California. Just to find out it's coming from Florida. Now I have to wait an extra 7 days of car being down

Ordered Christmas for dad. 1961 bucket set frames & foam. Sent 4 boxes of foam. Called and sent pics to verify. Said would send frames that i paid for. Never have sent and now say need police report as you can see in pics sitting in my floor so how could be stolen. They on said 12-23-23 take 7-10 days to re ship now refusing. Terrible company to purchase from. When you take money and don't send correct or fix issues that makes you not worthy of another dime for my restoration projects.

We made one purchase for a client and now get daily e-mails. Tried to unsubscribe, no option. They say we're getting e-mails because we have an account. I try to enter the "account" but had to create a new password. Looked for unsubscribe, nothing. Tried to remove e-mail, won't let me. Looked for "delete account". Doesn't exist. Never will order again because I don't want to ever go through this again. Off to the SPAM folder you go and I'll try and remove all my collected personal data from my "account".

Rear brake line kit for a '65 Mustang single exhaust purchased. Had to bend the brake lines a bit to make them fit. Haven't added the brake fluid yet so I don't know if its going to leak but I got my fingers crossed that it works and the fittings seat well.

I am pleased that Ecklers has modified their shipping charges to be more in line with actual costs. Thank you for this!

Called to check on my order account lost the keys. No one at Eckler's had an idea when it would ship. I was told to call Eckler's supplier and ask them when it would ship? I did this and was meet with overwhelming help after spending long amount of time calling back to eckler's to get my invoice that was never sent to me to get numbers off order so the supplier could find my order. Then the supplier found order and quickly shipped my package.

Talked with two employees
The sales person took my order for shoulder harness belts and was very capable.
The refund department lady took my information and walked me through getting a return label printed to return the regular seat belts which I had ordered which would not work. She was very nice and knowledgeable,

I'll be 68 years old in May. I had race cars back in the day and I use your product a lot back then. Can't go wrong when you go to what really works!

I ordered lines for my son's car then two days later i get the items bro well packaged.

Everything thing I've bought so far has been of good quality and shipping was pretty quick I will definitely keep buying parts from them
