Burnt Pizza

I am writing today to bring to your attention the modest quality of pizza I received from Fellini's pizza shop. I ordered a pizza to be delivered on February 1st, 2019 and it was significantly burnt on its underside.
This incident has greatly deterred me from ordering from Fellini's again. I understand that weekends during dinner hours are a very busy time for all pizza shops and getting customers their pizzas in an efficient time period is often crucial, but the quality of pizza is essential as well.
