I love this shop. I am able to get all my favourite things from Trinidad in the UK. I normally by the Dhal Puri Roti which is really nice.
They are however not the fastest company but I can understand why when you are getting items from the Caribbean! They normally take about between 1 and 2 weeks to deliver my items.
Definatly not a fraudulent company!
I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a delivery from them. I am so glad that I paid by credit card just in case it's a scam and I am beginning to think it is. I will never use this website again and definately not recommend them. I have emailed them twice and have had no reply and the telephone number is a wrong number, so make up your own mind!
I placed an order on April 28th and like the other customer have not received my order and no response to email. I have emailed them again and waiting to see if any response. Whatever happens with this order would never use them again.
Terrible customer service. Waited 3 weeks for delivery of 1 x 28 inch and 1 x 32 inch dutch pot. No response to voicemail, email or message posted on their website. When delivery they had sent 2 x 30 inch dutch pots. When I questioned this they told me that they had not had the sizes I ordered in stock for a while and did not know when they would get them in. Why let me order and pay for them then? Very disappointed. Will not buy from here again. My advise would be to ake your business elsewhere.
I placed an order with this company on 9 May and it is now 21 May. I have emailed this company and still has not received any up to date information. I am wondering the same question is this website a scam? I am glad this site offered the location because I am thinking heavily on visiting this place and giving them piece of my mind!
Easycarribeanshop is a scam - AVOID! They do not deliver goods ordered, they do not respond to e mails, they do not give refunds - in my experience they are a bunch of crooks
I placed an order on 5/5/11, card debited immediately. Goods have not arrived by 16/5/11, company does not respond to emails, telephone number (mobile) goes straight to voicemail. Is this a scam, or just a very slow (and unreliable) supplier?
Poor communication with the seller, very bad delivery times not as stated. Poor customer service.
