Easbelle

I ordered from this company almost 3 months ago and their "customer care" stated that the items on order are still in production. Despite their website stating that items ship within "48 hours" and usually deliver to the US within a week... I still don't have anything. I had also made the mistake of ordering two of the same thing and asked to change one to a different color. The customer care agent asked me which item I wanted to change? They are both the same! Why would they have to ask me that? The website has a lot of very cute thing I would love to buy but not if I have to wait for it to be manufactured first. If I could take away the 1 Star and give them 0 Stars that would be more accurate. Absolutely do not use them!
