I ordered a large print, they sent it rolled up in a bag. Pint was not "ready to hang" and 100% satisfaction guaranteed was more like 65% plus returning shipping and handling. On top of everything, the product is low quality, not worth the high priced I paid. Reported Dwallart to BBB were they currently have an "F" rating for the same complaint.
Tip for consumers:
The actual ads is a lie, not all prints are framed, ready to hang and there is no %100 satisfaction. Please read ALL the fine print carefully. Shop elsewhere!
