I ordered several items from them years ago and it was all fine. Then I ordered an expensive set of DVDs, and they arrived in cracked cases. No wonder - they were shipped in a bag instead of packed in a box. I wanted it fixed and they expected me to pay for return shipping. I did, because I wanted the DVDs and cases back in good condition, but I've never ordered from them since.
