“I ordered a boxed set of DVD's of Monk Season 1 through...”

I ordered a boxed set of DVD's of Monk Season 1 through 7. They sent DVD's copied off a tv.

You see the "USA" logo and other things on the screen. Sometimes there are chinese characters below the picture also. Picture quality varies widely from ok to poor.

The telephone number they give is not in service. Others have stated they could never get a refund. I haven't given up trying, but am not very hopeful.
