The first review says it all. No way to contact the company after you've paid them.
I only used the basic ($14.95) service so cannot comment on their other products. I submitted information about my car accident to use their diminished value calculator. I felt the $6.80 calculated value was low considering the car was only about 8 months old and had less than 7,000 miles on it, and the repairs were greater than $10,000. The generated value was totally inconsistent with other DV claim sites visited and there was zero customer assistance when questioning the value. The only contact from the company was a receipt for the money I wasted.
