There might be a bit cheaper way how to get ferrry tickets when you are at Bali in person, but these guys go way beyond normal customer service. They rescheduled our trip and even our car from the airport within hours when we missed our flight from Vienna. The trip itself was great and exactly what advertised. Recommend if you want to have as little to worry about as possible.

Tip for consumers:
It is not just an aggregator for ferry and fast boat lines around South East Asia, but also a blog, where you can find decent information about local habits. Check it out if you decide to buy your tickets there.
