At first i was quite happy with what Dropship Access was offering, Seemed great. Easy to list their products on Ebay, lots of inventory. So i took advantage of their 7-day trial, $50 a month subscription. It all sounds too good to be true? It is if you value customer service.
I emailed them regarding their combined shipping via their contact us page and the page stated i would receive a reply within 48 hours. So i waited and waited and waited and guess what? No reply. So i emailed them again on their support email and waited and waited and waited and guess what? Again no reply. 4 emails sent to them and they never replied once. I have had no choice but to reluctantly yet wisely cancel my credit card subscription on their website due to their absolute failure to engage me in answering any questions I have but never received a confirmation email of my cancellation. Looking on another website i see there has been 17 complaints filed against this company. Almost all regarding the company not accepting customers cancellations. If you value a company that actually appreciates your business and values doing business with you as well as some BASIC form of contact, then do not go looking for it with this company
