Products look nice but I'm writing the review for the customer service - I was so happy that they got back to me the day I wrote to them. They were really helpful.
Serums are great, they honestly made a huge difference for my skin. After 3 weeks I see a visible improvement. Needleless serum I think is worth it (if bought with a discount).
Vitamin C - a lot of companies now produce it, and instead of bying it for $69 I'd recommend looking elsewhere - good chance of getting same effect with same or even clean ingredients for 1/3 the price.
DON'T recommend the cleanser. If you read the reviews on the website - a lot of people mentioned their face went red and flaky (As did mine) I think it's because of the Methylisothiazolinone and Methylchloroisothiazolinone which are moderately to highly acutely toxic in oral, eye irritation, dermal irritation, and inhalation - as shown in toxicity studies. It is also a known dermatological sensitizer and allergen; some of its side effects include flaky or scaly skin, breakouts, redness or itchiness, and moderate to severe swelling in the eye area. It's banned in Europe and Canada, but they're okay with using it here I guess. It's also hard to wash off. So, I'd say it's better to stay away from it.
Night cream - It's okay if you have extra $54 to spend, didn't cause a reaction on my sensitive skin, but it does contain a couple of toxic ingredients so I'll be looking for other better non toxic options from other companies. Nothing special.
Tinted universal moisturizer - it's also okay but on more negative side. It's SPF is 100% not enough for the summer in southern states like Florida or Texas. I got sunburned driving in the car in the morning. I think it would work better in fall or spring. Probably would be too dry for winter. The tint might not fit your skin type.
Customer care.
The first thing that didn't fit me they just refunded - which was fine. But after I had a terrible allergic reaction to the cleanser - they told me to send it back and now I'll have to waste my time and pay for shipping with a tracking number - which is a bad customer service in my opinion.
My advice - if you order a lot of things at once - wait till you make sure which ones fit you and which ones don't and then tell them about all of it at once, so that you just have a refund and don't have to waste your time and money.
