Seems like I received less but I didn't have time or energy to count each stone. I haven't placed them on my project yet but hopefully they'll give me that bright blue look that I'm shooting for. These surveys come too quick before I really get the chance to use the item therefore I can't speak on it.

I would like to start by saying the stones I received were beautiful. They also were received in a relatively speedy time, given that I paid for quicker processing. However, when I received my package, there was a slit in the smaller pouch of my Golden Sand flat backs and they spilled all over my dining room floor. I would have sent the entire package back had I not needed to use them immediately, hence the need to pay extra for speedy processing. So please take that in to consideration when opening packaging.

I gave 3 stars for online experience because the site wouldn't process PayPal at checkout. Other than that it was a 5 star online shopping experience. I like most of the crystals 2 of them aren't as pretty as the rest. I just won't order those the next time. I will shop here again and again. Thank you for caring about my feedback. I was happy with everything except the website ordering page. Very difficult to change the number of items you want. Going from 1 to 3 was okay, but from 6 to 2 was not so easy.........................

The site showed that stones were in stock. Once ordered and paid for, I was informed they were not. I had an important deadline to meet and had to pay more for more expensive stones in order to meet my deadline. I was not happy with my first experience purchasing from this site.

I was surprised to learn upon delivery that orders are based on weight, not quantity . But I'm satisfied with Quality

I am happy with the quality of the banding I received but I was not satisfied with the amount. I thought I would have received more banding than what I was sent. I would have to do 4 or 5 more orders to get the amount I need. I don't think I will be ordering from here again unless I need a small amount.

The product had the correct product number on it but product was not what it should have been. This is the second order that I placed that this has happened. I talked to customer service on the phone last week and apparently they have a problem with the stock being labeled incorrectly. They were supposed to correct this and I guess they haven't done it yet. Now I have two customers waiting for orders.

Overall good experience. Couple items on backorder. Didn't really care for the one color of stone I received but maybe it will look better once in the setting. Very fast delivery which made me very happy! Will definitely shop with your company again!

Liked the products I ordered, and the price was very good as well as good delivery time. However, the checkout process on the site was a challenge and took a few tries to actually get it to go through...not overly user-friendly.

The product is fine, though it's not always easy to tell what the product will look like due to the special finishes on some of the Swarovski products. I found it hard to move around on the website and find always find, easily, what I was looking for.

I've noticed that the last few orders that I've received the 1440 package had been opened and resealed with scotch tape. That does bother me. If I'm ordering the 10 gross bag, I would expect it to be factory sealed. There was also a time where the count was changed one the actual package and an additional 50 crystals were in a separate plastic bag. How do I know I'm receiving the entire 1440, I'm not going to spend the time counting it, I shouldn't have to do that.

I like your service and products. I do wish that you would remove items that are no longer available from your website. If a customer cannot purchase these items then why have them on the website? This creates a negative experience.

I ordered product on September 4 and the order did not ship until September 7. The main reason for ordering from dreamtime is because another vendor that is closer to where's I live was closed. I contacted dreamtime because of a hurricane that was coming. The response email from dreamtime just didn't seem to be concerned just said it will get there when it gets there. I ended up ordering from the other vendor as well as I needed the product by the 13th. The other vendor is located in where in Florida an was able to get product to me faster. I received my order from dreamtime on September 16.

Color of the Crystal Clear Shimmers not what expected they shimmer blue and gold I thought they would be a clear crystal shimmer that just reflects shimmering rainbow similar to a clear diamond effect.

I ordered 72 pieces of baroque's Swarovski 6090. Golden shadow. And only have 24.
I ordered 48 pieces of clear AB And the price was very high.

Dreamtime is great and has exactly what I was looking for. I wish the web sight would have had a link to an actual size chart. Had to find my own to know what 20ss looked like.

The overall product was fine but for some reason I thought the larger stones were the sew on variety not the glue on ones. They will work but not as well.

I checked my order and I ordered size 8ss and per the rhinestone sizing chart what I received was 5ss. I don't have time to do a return due to needing to get work done. I will find another place to order my stones.

I think we are talking about dark blue rhinestone bobby pins. Some were missing and when taking them off the paper, more fell off.
