I thought it was nice that someone called me to let me know that my product was out of stock. It came rather quickly though.

I got my order very fast and the kristals are gorgeous!

The site showed that stones were in stock. Once ordered and paid for, I was informed they were not. I had an important deadline to meet and had to pay more for more expensive stones in order to meet my deadline. I was not happy with my first experience purchasing from this site.
